Everything went great! We were surprised with the fees that where deducted. That should have been told at the beginning.

The branch manager did a great job
The branch manager did a great job! 5 Stars!! However, I think you (the company) could do a better job advising sellers ahead of time about the “fees” which are pretty high compared to similar transactions at other locations.
But still… the manager did a great job making the transaction as easy as he could! 👍👍👍
