Leon was very professional and tried his best to get me a good price for my car. I wish the online questionnaire would provide all information on the car once VIN is entered in the system just like it was provided to the manager during our meeting so that a more accurate price offered would be transparent. As a consumer I should have all information available from any company in this business. Further, they couldn't come to my home because I live in a guard gated community so I had to drive to their office which took time out of my schedule. I think their representative should be able to come to at least evaluate the car even at guard gated home and then I can drive it out of the community for the pick up if needed. The $25 credit for uber was a great perk after my sale.
