Donald was excellent to deal with, I had made an appointment online for my mom and the dealership where she was buying her new car kept her much longer than expected, Donald was very accommodating and super friendly, I can’t say enough good things about him. I did the buy out online questionnaire and answered all the questions to the best of my ability on her 2018 ford EcoSport with only 51,000 miles on it. The offer made online was $8700.00 Then when we went to the office the CARFAX was run the offer went down by $2500.00 to $6200.00 There was a parking lot accident years before where someone ran into the passenger front door of and fender, the car was repaired at the ford dealership and no significant damage was done no frame damage, no R title. I was very surprised the value went down by almost a 1/3 of the first offer made. Next time if I’m Looking to sell a car I will shop around more and get multiple offers from different companies.

We brought our vehicle to the Greensburg location after making an appointment on the website first. Shortly after scheduling, Donald (the manager for the Greensburg office) called to confirm the appointment and some of the vehicle details. The process was incredibly straightforward and simple, and Donald was fantastic. He was very pleasant and welcoming, he offered us water and he explained the whole process in detail. After his inspection he provided their offer, which was in line with what we expected, and he began the paperwork process. He explained all of the documents we would be signing, and even with two of us signing it was a fast process to complete the paperwork. Once the paperwork was finished, we were given a check for exactly the amount agreed upon, and in total it took less than an hour. Donald was just really nice and thorough, and was also patient with us having our kids there with us as well. In all, it was a very smooth process and we're really happy we went with Donald at the Greensburg office. We would absolutely recommend webuyanycar in Greeensburg.

Don, the manager at our local WBAC, took time inspecting the outside and inside of my 2009 Honda Accord. My online evaluation was about $4200. My car did have some rust issues around both back tires, so I expected some of that would get knocked off the original estimate. The vehicle was 17 years old, myself the original and only owner, and was very clean. I was quoted about $3200, less the $395 document fee, for a check of $2900. Don completed all the paperwork and gave me the copies. Even though the WBAC never disclosed the document fee on their website that I could locate, I noticed from other reviews that this fee varies from customer to customer. The web site should be more transparent about the fee, my only issue. Other than that, service was very good, very convenient to use, and eliminated the hassle with trading the car into a dealer. Would highly recommend this if you just want to sell a car, get some money for it, and want to move on. I even got a phone call days letter thanking me for the business, something no one does anymore, I appreciated that.
