He was also quite honest and open when dealing with my situation, and made me feel valued as a customer. He definitely was an advocate for me to get the best price I could for my used car. The individual that helped us was extremely professional, very helpful, and super understanding of our situation. We were selling the car on behalf of a family member that had passed away. Because it was an estate, additional paperwork and reviews/authorizations were required. Also, our family member had used their middle name for some documents, and first name on others. The process took four hours total due to the paperwork. Sale price was a bit lower than what the web site indicated, but the vehicle had been in an accident that we didn't know about so that's fair. Would have given five stars, but we called and talked to someone at the corporate office that assured us the process would take one hour at most. I think having an online portal to upload paperwork for pre-verification and/or authorization, and having the local workers verify the paperwork would have sped this up significantly.
