I thought the experience was pleasant…
I thought the experience was pleasant but disappointed that the amount that was agreed to, wasn't the amount that the check was made out for. When a quote is given that should be the payout.

Felix is the best. Very smooth process.
Felix was awesome and friendly. He made sure I knew what documents I needed to bring and what to expect. I got there and it went really smoothly.
Selling the car was a bit sad for me as a friend who had helped me pick it out had passed away, but Felix was really great and the selling experience was easy which helped a lot.

I am not sure if I got a good deal . The difference between the max possible price and the offered price was a lot. I asked and received a price in between and not certain if I asked for more I would received it. I had hoped for a no haggle experience
