Great experience. It was necessary to negotiate a final price, they did not offer us the internet number, but the price negotiated was fair. I recommend you research the value of your vehicle prior to your appointment so you have a good idea of the vehicle’s worth.

Our online valuation tool is great for getting an idea of what your car is worth but it’s based on the limited information given to us and doesn’t constitute a firm offer from webuyanycar.com. Like any other reputable buyer we price vehicles based on condition. We must perform a physical appraisal of every vehicle before making a firm offer.
We do pride ourselves on transparency. Unlike dealerships who take your car around back and hold it hostage, we invite you to join us during the inspection process so you can see what we see. We’re not worried about normal wear and tear but large ticket items that would impact the mechanical and safety features of a vehicle. If damage is discovered we do reserve the right to make a revised offer as we have to take any vehicle issues into consideration when pricing a car.
We take detailed notes, photos and videos of all our inspections. A member of our leadership team will do a full review to ensure your inspection was performed correctly, you were treated fairly, and everything was communicated clearly. If we made a mistake, we’ll gladly make it right.

I feel as though I was ripped off. Yes there were issues with the car but the pristine interior was worth more than what they paid. If you have other options, take them. Use this place as a last resort.

Our Leadership Team has tried reaching out to you several times and we regret that we were unable to reconnect and address your concerns directly. At webuyanycar.com, our primary goal is to offer a convenient, quick, and stress-free solution for those looking to sell their car, while providing a fair and transparent evaluation process. Our team uses a comprehensive set of factors for vehicle valuation including make, model, year, mechanical condition, exterior condition, and indeed, interior condition. We strive to ensure our valuation is as competitive as possible given these conditions and the current market.
Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues that were not declared when you requested the online valuation estimate. Our records indicate that you did disclose the cracked rear bumper, but otherwise, you stated that the vehicle was in good physical and mechanical condition. In addition, you selected the upgraded "Premium Plus" trim level which has a higher value than the base "Premium" trim level on your Audi.
Our professional appraisal also discovered that the check engine light was illuminated, the air conditioning was blowing warm air, and a test of the vehicle's diagnostic computer returned numerous fault codes. It also alerted us to the fact that the trouble codes had been cleared 14 miles prior to arriving at our branch.
Our objective is to buy the car at a price reflective of its resale value, taking into account any issues which have a tangible impact on the resale value. Buying the car at a price that is fair to the customer and allows us to take a modest margin is the aim and we're sorry the price did not meet your expectations.
