Lee Young was terrific!!
Lee Young was terrific. I was selling my automobile. I am 93 years old and she was very good in guiding me through the process. My son was there also as a guide but I would have been comfortable doing business myself if I had to.
The website is very good at giving a price so when you go into the office after your automobile is looked at and appraised there was no shock value. It was exactly what we thought it would be and Lee made it an even easier process.

She made our appointment with Luis Santiago who came today to inspect my car and make an offer. He did a very good inspection, gave us a good offer and we accepted and received the payment.
