Highly Recommend
Spoke to Lee Young, Manager at the Leesburg location. I explained the situation regarding my sisters car, and that she could no longer drive due to her health condition. Lee was very helpful and understanding, and explained the whole process. She made arrangements for Luis Santiago a mobile branch manager to come to our home the next day. Luis arrived on time and handled the whole transaction which took about two hours. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. My husband and I were impressed with how easy, and convenient the whole process was. I highly recommend others to contact this company if you need to sell your vehicle.

She was understanding of my situation, very kind in listening, compassionate and patient.
She was also willing to negotiate with the corporate office on the price.
