My case was not easy. The car was 22 years old, in excellent condition but it had been titled in Maryland and then in Minnesota. I had only copies of the Maryland title and the release of the lien. I had annual registration documents in Minnesota but no title to show Theo Love. He spent time to find the Minnesota title which I had never seen and we managed to conplete the sale. Theo remained calm, professonal and curteous throughout. The price for the car was fair and I left feeling that I had left behind an excellent vehicle for which I was adequately compensated.
