Customer service was on point
Customer service was on point! Both Mike and Marcus worked with me to sell my car. Pre check-in was excellent, I received reminders of my visit plus they were flexible when I had to reschedule due to a conflict. During my wait, they made me comfortable and were so relatable- we had a good laugh too! Thank you so much guys! I really enjoyed the service and meeting good people who are so humane and considerate. …. And will make you a warm cup of apple cider!!!

Good experience in East Cobb
Marcus and Mike were courteous and helpful. I got a check the same visit, and the process was not difficult.
The initial offer made on my vehicle was just about half of what I got in the online price before the visit. Maybe the company should adjust its algorithms so customers aren't expecting more than they should. The process also took about two hours which was a bit more than I was told to expect.
Overall I was happy with the experience.

While we do provide an online valuation estimate for the convenience of our customers, this is based on the limited information you tell us about the vehicle. It is not a substitute for a physical appraisal, and we always do it before we make a final offer. If the appraisal finds any issues with the car, these are always considered as part of our final offer.
Additionally, we're sorry that the process took longer than expected, and we appreciate your patience in this matter. It should taken about an hour to complete the transaction and we clearly failed to deliver on our promise on this occasion.

The process was seamless and stress-free, and the team members were professional; the process appeared fair because there was no apparent human judgment when assessing the car's value. It did not take hours, and there was no haggling. I would return to sell another vehicle. The team members were also friendly and helpful.
