Hi Domonique and thank you for choosing webuyanycar.com to sell your 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with the price you got for your car. We operate a zero-pressure policy so that the choice to sell is always left to the customer.
Reviewing the details of your vehicle, I do see that the car overheated and became inoperable when you came in to sell. As we were unable to start the car and verify its mechanical condition, you would be offered scrap money for the vehicle. We sell cars whole so we have to cover our costs of transporting the vehicle to a recycler.
As a non-running 20-year-old vehicle in poor physical shape, there is not much we can do for you on price. That said, it is as important to us as it is to you that you had a five-star customer service experience and were treated fairly by our team. Thank you for taking the time to speak with Area Manager, James. He reports a positive and productive conversation. We’re thrilled we had the opportunity to connect directly and address your concerns.

John made our experience wonderful. He took the time to tell us what he was doing, how your company checks the cars you buy and he was very personal as well which was great. We didn’t just talk about the Honda SUV we were selling which made the experience and transaction comfortable. You have a wonderful employee (John) working for you. I recently sold my car to"we buy any car". I made an appointment on line and was greeted by Branch Manager, Deborah Wilson. She explained the process involved in their purchase of cars. Ms. Wilson thoroughly inspected the vehicle and provided me relevant information.Based on mutual discussions regarding such we reached an agreement on the sales price that I considered fair and reasonable. I found Ms. Wilson to be very knowledgeable regarding the various issues pertaining to automobiles. Her professional business manner was indeed refreshing. I would highly recommend the company for the sell of your vehicle.
