Veryeasy process. Matt explained the process. Inspected the car and made me an offer. We discussed it and I accepted the offer. Matt handled all the paperwork. Gave me my plate
and I was out the door with a check. Matt was very professional, personable and this was a no pressure process.

Good but could be better
At first I was disillusioned by the price on the website and reality. The reasons for lowering the price is a joke ($500 because the car is financed, $399 for fees) Once I saw that all the sites similar excuses I just chalked it up to poor marketing. You should tell people what to expect. Asking if you have a clean title is confusing. You should ask if the car is financed instead. To me, a clean title means the car wasn’t totaled and then rebuilt. Once I got to the location, Bob was way to deal with and knowledgeable. Getting the check at the end was a bonus. I was expecting to hear it would come after Capital One was paid.

Sold my car today and Bob made the experience exceptionally smooth. He explained the process in detail, performed a thorough vehicle inspection and offered a fair and reasonable price. For someone who has not done anything like this before, my whole experience was great!
