Great experience but room for improvement
the only reason why I didn't give it a 5-star rating is not because of the branch manager but because of his superior who was directing him. I think the company needs to tighten up communication when dealing with customers who are still financing a car. I had a posted payment that was verbally confirmed by my bank in which i have an auto loan with. the supervisor or general manager did not accept posted transaction nor verbal consent from bank. The company need to provide a documentation in which the bank can sign to help move the process along. the bank had no idea what document they would need since the screenshot of the bank statement was not sufficient for the supervisor or General manager. In addition who ever initially called me to inform me how things are done should have mentioned the 10day grace period is needed after a payment is made on the account to ensure it had been cleared to avoid the customer making additional transactions prior to selling the car.

Gave me 3 different quotes online. When I went in to sell they gave me another quote lower than all the others. I was in a rush to get rid of the car so I accepted the totally low balled offer. Was definitely not a fair price

Looking at your appointment, it appears you initially listed your Dodge Durango Sport Utility as a 5.9L. Inputting your VIN determined it was a 4.7L. Larger engines typically come with a higher price, and this change seems to be why you received different valuations with our online tool.
We do not aim to lowball anyone but instead strive to give customers a fair price for their vehicle. Like any reputable car buyer, a physical inspection is required to determine the overall value of your car. Our branch manager should have invited you to join this process, in order to provide transparency while we conduct our in person inspection.
Unfortunately, there are a variety of issues that can negatively impact the value of the vehicle. During our inspection, we noticed several cosmetic issues along the exterior. We also run an engine health report using an OBD II reader. This allows us to take a look under the hood, and run diagnostics on the overall health of the vehicle. This test returned code P0700 which affects the transmission control system. These issues unfortunately resulted in a lower final valuation of your vehicle.
Our goal is always to provide customers with a 5-Star experience. I have escalated your concerns to our Area Manager, and they will be contacting you shortly to learn more about your experience, and hopefully deliver the top-tier customer service you deserve. Business must be really good...
I started with the website, wanting to get a quote, and was emailed an offer (Fri. afternoon). A few days later (Tues. morning) I called to schedule an appointment. In those few days the offer had decreased (not by a lot, but I found it disappointing). I was told that someone would be in touch to schedule an appointment with the mobile unit. A week went by and no one called, so I called again. The girl I spoke to was very pleasant and apologetic, and said someone from scheduling would call me back before the end of the day. They didn't. They also didn't call the next day. I'm not waiting another week. I'm trying other car buyers, since they're apparently too busy for me.
