People at office were great
People at office were great. Offered less than quoted on computer quote even though car could not be any better. If my Vette didn't make the initial offer NO car will ever make it.

Had a good experience at the Rock Hill location.
Tregene was right on time for our appointment. She carefully went over the car and the offer as expected. There was a problem with how the paperwork was signed, but Tregene was able to get that straightened out the same day.
I would go back to this location without hesitation.

Quick and Easy - Better than I expected!
Jonathan was absolutely fantastic and it was a great experience overall! They told me what they would offer for my vehicle and I was a bit skeptical, the final offer was very close to the initial estimate after inspection. I was in and out with a check in my hand in under 30 minutes.
