Crushed it
Went to the Springfield branch, Avita (sorry if i spelled that wrong) and Brent could not have been more helpful, professional and courteous. 10/10 reccomend and would use them again if I sell another car.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with our local Area Manager allowing us to learn a bit more about your experience with us.
When you completed your online valuation, you did not report any physical or mechanical issues with your vehicle. During our professional appraisal, our team identified several concerns that went beyond what we consider fair wear and tear. These included:
• Belt noise from the engine
• Poor paintwork throughout the vehicle
• Cracked bumper
• Rust on the hood
We also ran an OBD-II diagnostic report which revealed the following fault codes:
• P0420 – Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
• P0726 – Engine Speed Input Circuit Range/Performance
Additionally, the vehicle had extensive accident history, including multiple front, side, and corner impacts reported by state agencies and police departments across New Jersey between 2010 and 2016.
Cosmetically, the vehicle was in poor shape, and these issues significantly impacted its resale value. We invite every customer to join us during the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how we arrive at our valuation.
