It has been a long time since I received customer service anywhere like what gary provided I literally, enjoyed being there he was patient, courteous, kind, very informative. I appreciate him making my transition as smooth as possible. I didn't get quite the price I wanted but the process was pleasant. He made this company shine.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Lou showed up exactly when he said he would and also gave an hour heads up. He clearly knew his job, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with every decision. It’s rare to find a team that’s both knowledgeable and genuinely considerate. Five stars all the way.

Great service reasonable price
The representative who came to do my car was very nice and pleasant to talk to. He was very knowledgeable about cars and the process and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. He explained all the test he was doing and the findings of them. He made the process quick simple and gave a reasonable price for the condition of my car. All in great process and way better than dealing with marketplace buyers or Junkers.
