I was unaware that a documentation fee…
Got a call from Jeff in Customer Service and was very appreciative of his professionalism. The company offered to make me whole and cut me a check for $100 dollars due to some miscommunication. I greatly appreciate the consideration and would work with this company again. My sincere thanks and gratitude for rectifying the issue.

These people seem to offer the lowest…
These people seem to offer the lowest price available. Kelly blue book indicates a value of over $5k yet there top offer is less than a thousand. Its just a waste of time and your reply excuses only enforce that you are not one to deal with.I do not recommend your company in any way!
