Customer Service is Everything!
Prior to our visit, I must have called Charles on 4 occasions. He never seemed bothered and provided answers and direction in a very professional way. Upon meeting Charles, he was professional
personable, and knowledgeable. He explained the process and set clear expectations. For these reasons, he has my respect and appreciation. Quality Customer Service is key is everything. The entire process was about 1 hour.
