We sincerely appreciate your business and we're sorry to learn we didn’t meet your expectations on price. We’ve been trying to call and email you to listen to your feedback, review the notes of your appointment and earn your future business. Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful at contacting you after numerous attempts.
Our leadership team launched an investigation so we can understand what went wrong. I see from the information you entered online that the Nissan was described as being in good physical and mechanical condition with no damage. We always carry out a professional appraisal before we make an offer and I see there were several problems with the vehicle which should have been explained to you with full transparency before you accepted our offer.
Upon review it looks as if the vehicle was involved in an accident, the front bumper was cracked and the lower grill was missing entirely, there was suspension and engine noise, the air conditioner no longer operated properly, and structural damage was detected which makes the vehicle unsafe in an accident. All of these issues we’re not disclosed online and they negatively impacted what we could pay for the vehicle.
We remain focused on giving you a positive customer service outcome and would love for you to speak with our Area Manager, Kerrell. We want to make sure everything was communicated properly, we want to listen to your feedback, and ensure you were treated fairly. Unfortunately, we’ve been unable to contact you to have a productive conversation and address your concerns.

Tj was very helpful knowledgeable and professional. The only thing I was I would say that I did not care for is the amount of the offer and the way it was not covered for an extra 48 dollars. I was not expecting to cover that amount until the end.
