Very quick service. Do show up to your appointment on time, since we were a little late we ended up having to reschedule. No fault on Joe though, he's a great guy to talk to! Got more than our car was originally quoted for too!

evaluate our car both professionally and thoroughly. He was apologetic when it seemed like the home office was dragging their feet on approving our check. Not his fault though. The process took a little more than an hour. Probably less than a dealership.
