Chris was very professional
Chris was very professional in completing an evaluation or inspection of my older auto. I agreed with his assessment and the negotiation on a final price was very easy. If you're realistic about the valuation of your auto and understand that they want to make money when they resale your car, you're more likely to be satisfied with the outcome. This saved me the hassle of trying to sell my auto on marketplace or by other means. I am very satisfied with the price that I received and how quickly I was able to sell my car.

We can assure you that we inspect every vehicle using the same-industry standard process. We price a vehicle based on condition and ensure all our customers are treated fairly regardless of age, sex, color, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, or disability.
You should have been invited to join us during our appraisal process so you can see what we see and ask questions. We want every customer to be knowledgeable as to why we arrived at the price we did and comfortable with their decision to sell.
The 2012 Ford Fusion was declared a total loss and branded a salvage title after a series of collisions caused a variety of damage. On the third-party vehicle history report the Ford had multiple accidents listed including a collision with another vehicle on 12/17/15, 12/27/21, 1/13/22, 7/1/22 and finally a fifth accident reported on 11/18/24 which resulted in the vehicle being designated as a total loss.
In the spirit of transparency and customer service we’d be happy to undo the deal, reverse everything and return your vehicle to you. We’d rather you have a positive experience and try to sell the vehicle elsewhere than feel taken advantage of by our team.
I have asked the Area Manager to reach out to you tomorrow when we reopen so we can reunite you with your vehicle. Please don’t cash the check we gave you so we can recoup our funds and undo the deal.

The first person I met with was Luca
The first person I met with was Luca, I believe that’s his name. I was very uncomfortable with him & he wouldn’t look me in the eye. He also failed to tell me that there was a $300 charge to sell my car. I found this out when I went back & met with Chris, also at the Woodbury location. He was a pleasure to work with!!! Chris explained everything he was doing & I felt comfortable with him. He also didn’t make me feel like I was driving a piece of junk. He then went above & beyond several days after the sale to help me with the transfer on line. Chris is a rock star in my eyes!!! 😊
