Great customer service

Ordered Diablo goblets and glasses. Unfortunately there was a breakage on one and another with a chip and air bubbles in another.
Nick from customer services was prompt in resolution our disappointment we received excellent communication and a generous replacement.
Definitely will use again and love the Diablo range.

Be aware

Be aware! Do not ever time use this company! I'm very happy with their products and have been trying to return them. They kept telling me that they'd send someobe to collect, waited for 3 days but never came. They wasted my 3 days as I had to keep moving boxes and wait for them to arrive to collect them. When the finally did collect them, I was only refunded half the money even though I have a proof of sending all the products back. When I tried contacting several occasions, I came across a girl called Sarah in the customer service who is very rude and the manager is never available. I've never experienced such bad customer services since I've started my business.

Thank you for following through with your threats to 'publicly slander our company on all social media platforms'! It now allows me the opportunity to let people know the other side of the story to explain why we have taken the decision we have. You decided to return your order to us as you for some reason did not think they were suitable for your needs. We asked you to return them but you found it difficult to do so it seems. After finally receiving the products back they were in a terrible condition. They were either not in the original boxes, the boxes had been clearly water damaged and thus contaminated the food boxes inside. Over 60% of the food boxes were not in any kind of outer cartons at all and just sent back inside an unsealed plastic carrier bag and all the contents inside were thus damaged and unsellable. We have sent you all of the photographs from this. Our Terms and Conditions on our website alongside the Returns Policy state that we will gladly accept returns as long was they are returned to us in a brand new / unopened and sellable condition (Which these were not). Goods are the responsibility of the customer returning them to ensure they are delivered carefully and in the condition in which they were sent to you in. We felt as a gesture of goodwill and the fact that only half of the boxes returned were in a satisfactory condition we could only refund you half the money. The rest had to be destroyed/disposed of as they had clearly been contaminated. We were also missing a significant amount of the goods. In the current climate of Covid and the pandemic, hygiene is of paramount importance. With these goods being used as food packaging I am absolutely appalled that you think it is acceptable and appropriate to even think you could return products in that state and then expect a full refund. There is absolutely no way our company will be baring the losses incurred by your negligence thus the reasons we will not be refunding your money in full.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to put our side of the story and shed some truth to the matter!

Non responsive customer service

Ordered 5kg of kiln dried wood wool which when arrived was wet to the core.

This defeats the purpose of having the wool kiln dried and meant that I had 5kg of wool to dry before using for packaging.

Raised the issue by email to customer service with no reply. Then raised through Facebook messenger and was told to email a different email as the email on the invoice was not being monitored.

Still no reply.
Poor follow up on for customer service for products not as described so cannot recommend.

I cannot recommend this seller and would not use them again. Still no refund.

Like many sellers, fine when everything goes well. It is what they do when it does not go right. You are just going to have to hope this seller does not get your order wrong. They will make you pay to return it. Then promise they will refund your postage and the item. I am left a month later still no refunds. There are a huge number of sellers who are easier to deal with. This is just my experience. I have given one star because I would not recommend them, or use them again. What more can I say.

They were fully aware they shipped the wrong item. Fine, everyone makes mistakes. But I had to pay the return postage, and they still didn't refund either my purchase amount, or my return postage for their mistake. This is an honest and actual experience from a verifiable transaction with this online seller. They took the order and they shipped the wrong item, and they failed to put it right despite contacting them. I am not suggesting they never get it right, or that they are in any way rude etc. They just failed to help me, despite all efforts on my part! I was left out of pocket. This is why I left 1 star and a poor review.

From what to can see we haven’t heard anything about it. Feel free to call us, email is, fb, message us, chat via our website. There are number of options to contact us but it seems you haven’t made as much effort as you have to act all keyboard warrior and mutter on trustpilot about a load of nonsense. We would of course put something right of it was caused by us (which reading your comments probably wasn’t). Sounds like a disgruntled customer who’s ordered the wrong thing and doesn’t want to pay the return postage to me. Stay safe Stevo! ;-)

This is indeed a novelty shop

This is indeed a novelty shop. I purchased in good faith. Very misleading as items are stating a case. A small box under has listing of units. The way it is written, and the amount, charged would lead you to believe that you are being sold a case, not a single item. I was sold an item that was not what I had ordered. The most obvious thing about this is that the item sent is not even on the website for sale. I purchased hand sanitiser. I received a cheap hand soap that is not sold on the website.
If they cannot source it, they send something else.
Very bad. Please avoid this company. I am now disputing with my bank.

We just bought some items from this…

We just bought some items from this company with a delivery to Italy for an Italian company, We asking to get the invoice during the order process, the company made a not valid invoice with wrong information, we asked to get it again with the correct info, but the answer was not. ( Please consider that we previously send all the information included the Vat Number to the company)
The request was just to add the Vat Number. as without it the invoice do not respect the European fiscal Regulation.
Happy about Brexi
Very bad service and bad post buying assistance.
We do not suggest this company, especially for European Country

What you were asking was for us to change and adapt your invoice to say something different which we will not and cannot do. We are confident that our invoicing complied with all the complaint legislation and complies with relevant tax obligations.

WeCanSourceIt - they sure can and super customer services

Initial delivery was incorrect (pint glasses instead of half pint) but when I phoned them, they were extremely helpful, sent returns label immediately and promised to deliver correct item next day - all OK now and we had glasses in time for international kite festival in Holland - highly commended!

Will not order from them again

The delivery of both items I ordered took really long.
When I ordered it said coming from the USA but came from China.
I order a Large pair of thigh sweat bands but don't fit considering I am a UK size 10. Have not used the second product yet but from what I have seen it is not what I expected.
