Had an amazing experience with Kim and the rest of the team trying on and picking my dress! I went in not fully knowing what i wanted but throughly enjoyed the experience!

After finding out my initial boutique choice was closed, my morning seemed off to a chaotic start - we missed our bus, the next one was delayed, and our coffee took ages. Since Wed2Be operates on a walk-in basis, I was feeling super nervous about long queues and whether we’d even get seen.
However, as soon as we stepped into the Bristol store, the manager welcomed us with such warmth and reassure us that the wait would only be about 10 minutes. While browsing the beautiful dresses and veils, we met Claire, and she completely turned our day around.
Claire’s energy was absolutely radiant, positive, and infectious. She was genuinely excited about our wedding vision and took the time to understand the exact vibe during our consultation. She brought out dresses I never in a million years thought I could pull off or would have chosen myself. She listened closely to my feedback on every detail, and after trying on just four dresses, we found the one!
It felt like every delay that morning was meant to happen so that we would end up with Claire. To top it all off, we found out after bagging up the dress that she had only been working there for a week and a half! Her incredible eye for detail, warmth, and star quality made finding my wedding dress a truly unforgettable moment.
A huge thank you to Claire and the lovely store manager - you both made the day so incredibly special!

We had the most amazing experience at Wed2Be. I was extremely nervous and apprehensive about going but we had the expert Kim and she was absolutely incredible. She made me feel at ease straight away. She was so down to earth, it was like we had known her for years. She listened to what I thought I wanted and took me through the steps of finding my perfect dress.. which ending being the complete opposite to what I thought I wanted. We couldn’t fault a single thing from start to finish. Kim really made the experience from something I wasn’t particularly looking forward to, to the most amazing experience.
I can’t thank her enough.

I went in to Wed2be in Bristol and put a £100 deposit on a dress. The customer service I received on the day was really good and I felt very comfortable.

However I was told by staff that my deposit could be used on a veil or another dress if things changed.

My financial situation has changed and I can no longer afford the dress. When I rang head office to request I spend the £100 on another item instead I was told that this information was completely incorrect.

I would not go back here or recommend to others. I feel that I can not trust them, and have lost my money due to their miscommunication. I wouldn’t have put the deposit down without the verbal agreement we had in store.

Lovely welcome and good explanation. Sarah is the member of staff who I was assigned to and sure was amazing!! I found the dress and didn’t even know I would go for it. Great advice and just knew what worked for me and took on my feedback for each dress

I popped in on the off chance, and I was made to feel so welcomed. Considering it was not long before closing, I was made to feel not rushed and was given undivided attention.

Finding my wedding dress was such an amazing experience at Wed2b Bristol, I couldn’t thank Gracie & Ceri enough for their knowledge and patience.
They listened to all the things I wanted and I was able to walk out with my dream wedding dress.

Myself and my bridal party felt so welcomed, and being a large group they were so friendly and made us feel comfortable.

I was really apprehensive about trying on wedding dresses but Lena really put me at ease, listened to all of my preferences and made my experience really enjoyable. I couldn't fault the experience of the staff, helping us try out different sleeves, veils and possible alterations. All of their hardwork paid off and I said yes to my dream dress!

I had a great experience in Bristol yesterday. Gracie really knew her stuff and she was so friendly. I felt nervous but excited when I arrived and started trying dresses on but Gracie made me feel really relaxed and I left with the dress I loved. It wasn’t until the end when she told us it was her first week, we couldn’t believe it, she was great!! Thank you Gracie

Mari helped me find a dress I wasn’t even thinking of. I originally went to scope out what I wanted and ended up walking away with a dress. Mari listened to all my ideas and thoughts and pulled dresses that fit it all. We chatted and joked and I felt comfortable from the start. Maria then joined us when we returned to the original one I had picked and just added to my experience. If it wasn’t for those two, I probably wouldn’t have purchased. It was my first experience at a bridal shop and I couldn’t fault them. They even fixed a bodged eye and hook for me!

The shop is open, doors wide, it gives the impression of a true 'welcome'. The reception was warm, upbeat and welcoming. I turn up as a scruffy middle aged woman and Gracie's manner exceded my expectations of service. She listened, observed and reads body language well, which when wearing a 'big day' dress, is vital. I pretty much handed the decision making over to her, she was wonderful in ways she may not realise. She went down on my appreciation list that night! The other girls were kind and helpful too, it made their job look good and Wed2B look good, I hope they are proud of their girls. They create a special moment.

Omg I still can’t believe how amazing my day at Web2b Bristol was! I was not expecting to find my dress at all after a previously disheartening appointment at another bridal store a couple days before but Maria was so amazing! Everything from the check in to trying on the dresses was so personal and she made me feel so special. Maria found my dress with her very first pick! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, looked up my venue to get a feel for it. I can’t complement her enough. Thank you so much Maria for making this day so amazing for me and helping me say yes!

Kim was brilliant , made me feel confident in my decision and took the time to understand what I was looking for

First shopping trip and found my dress! The ladies who helped me could not have been more lovely and helped me identify what I wanted amazingly quickly, despite having walked in not sure at all. Would absolutely recommend a visit.

It was my second visit to Wed2be the first being Exeter which hadn’t been the best of experiences. The Bristol store however was totally different, everyone was so helpful. Lauren was amazing from the very minute we walked in to the shop to the minute we left, she was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She was cheerful, friendly and completely understood the style of dress I needed. I ended up leaving very happy with a beautiful dress (Mercia)
