Mari helped me find a dress I wasn’t even thinking of. I originally went to scope out what I wanted and ended up walking away with a dress. Mari listened to all my ideas and thoughts and pulled dresses that fit it all. We chatted and joked and I felt comfortable from the start. Maria then joined us when we returned to the original one I had picked and just added to my experience. If it wasn’t for those two, I probably wouldn’t have purchased. It was my first experience at a bridal shop and I couldn’t fault them. They even fixed a bodged eye and hook for me!

The shop is open, doors wide, it gives the impression of a true 'welcome'. The reception was warm, upbeat and welcoming. I turn up as a scruffy middle aged woman and Gracie's manner exceded my expectations of service. She listened, observed and reads body language well, which when wearing a 'big day' dress, is vital. I pretty much handed the decision making over to her, she was wonderful in ways she may not realise. She went down on my appreciation list that night! The other girls were kind and helpful too, it made their job look good and Wed2B look good, I hope they are proud of their girls. They create a special moment.

Omg I still can’t believe how amazing my day at Web2b Bristol was! I was not expecting to find my dress at all after a previously disheartening appointment at another bridal store a couple days before but Maria was so amazing! Everything from the check in to trying on the dresses was so personal and she made me feel so special. Maria found my dress with her very first pick! She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, looked up my venue to get a feel for it. I can’t complement her enough. Thank you so much Maria for making this day so amazing for me and helping me say yes!

Kim was brilliant , made me feel confident in my decision and took the time to understand what I was looking for

First shopping trip and found my dress! The ladies who helped me could not have been more lovely and helped me identify what I wanted amazingly quickly, despite having walked in not sure at all. Would absolutely recommend a visit.

It was my second visit to Wed2be the first being Exeter which hadn’t been the best of experiences. The Bristol store however was totally different, everyone was so helpful. Lauren was amazing from the very minute we walked in to the shop to the minute we left, she was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She was cheerful, friendly and completely understood the style of dress I needed. I ended up leaving very happy with a beautiful dress (Mercia)

After ordering a dress from a bridal boutique after trying on a much larger sample, when the one in my size came in it was completely unflattering. I decided not to spend further money on alterations to still hate it and went to Wed2be Bristol with low expectations. Mari was wonderful, listened to my dress woes and found a beautiful dress in my size. i tried it on and fell in love immediately. No need to try on any more and i even cried.. i am not a cryer! It makes such a difference bejng able to try on the actual dress in your actual size. Thank you so so much. I am now excited about my wedding again after 7 months of dress dread. I would recommend Wed2be to any bride.

I said yes to the dress!!! What a genuinely lovely day from start to finish. A huge thank you to the amazing team at Wed2B Bristol, every single member of staff was so attentive and made the whole experience feel really special. I was really impressed by how beautiful & good quality the dresses were considering the price range. There were a great selection of styles as well.

A special mention to Mari, who was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel completely at ease with her calm, reassuring presence, and nothing was ever too much trouble. So kind, helpful, and just lovely to be around.

I’d 100% recommend the Bristol store to anyone looking for their dress. Thank you again, I cannot wait to wear mine on the big day!

A positive experience with Kim and Maria! Kim was so patient and made me feel very comfortable. Helped me come out of my comfort zone and find my dream wedding dress! Couldn’t thank both Kim and Maria enough for all they have done !

From the moment we walked in, the service was just lovely! All of the members of staff were lovely. I instantly felt relaxed and comfortable. Kim helped me pick out my wedding dress and she was just fantastic. As I didn’t know what kind I wanted, she listened to me and she just knew what would look good and what I might want and she just hit the nail on the head! There were no faults whatsoever. I had a lovely afternoon there and Kim helped me find my dream dress which included the little details that I thought I didn’t want, but she just nailed it. Cannot recommend doing this enough!

came from cardiff to visit the bristol store and my experience was absolutely amazing! i was helped my maria and the first dress i tried on was the one, i placed a deposit as i wanted to come back with my mum and returned 2 days later. the whole experience was amazing and i felt so comfortable with all the girls hyping me up (i am so sorry to say i forgot the name of the girl who helped me on saturday - black hair with w fringe but she was so lovely!). thank you to all the girlies for helping me find my dream dress! xxx

I had the most amazing experience choosing my dream dress in the Wed2B store in Bristol. Lauren was the best consultant and really made our experience so special. Her knowledge on the dresses, styles, materials and alterations was exceptional. From start to finish, myself and my bridal party was made to feel special and well looked after! I would 100% recommend the Bristol store! Every staff member we met was friendly and so helpful. Thank you to Lauren and the team for a wonderful experience!

From start to finish, all the ladies were professional, welcoming and polite. I was so nervous but that soon subsided with Sabrina’s help. There are so many beautiful dresses from both bride and bridesmaids, really stunning dresses by different designers and they cater for the women with the fuller figure and bigger busts! I went in with the intention of only trying on and walked about with happy tears in my eyes and my wedding dress! So thank you all, especially Sabrina!
