From the moment I walked in I felt looked after. Growing up watching programmes like say yes to the dress, I was worried that the reality would be much less enjoyable but I was wrong. Luckily we chose a really quiet day at the Derby store and basically had the shop floor to ourselves. Theresa was everything and more! Her enthusiasm and kindness really helped me to feel special. I officially have my wedding dress!

Teresa and the team in Derby were fantastic, I can't thank them enough!

Walk ins only and unable to book a slot but to be told there is a 2 hour waiting list when we arrive. Told to go out for a few hours or come back another day. It’s hard enough to get your bridal party together as it is but I understand that’s the rules of the shop and I’m sure it works but we just picked a busy Sunday.
We waited and managed to get a slot earlier due to a cancellation.
My consultant was either new, shy or very uninterested in me / and or the job role. Didn’t answer many questions, very blunt and when I found a dress I really liked (& did end up buying said dress) her response was “are you buying it or not”. Customer service was lacking massively, I was so hot and had ran out of water in my bottle (which I had mentioned multiple times and wasn’t even offered tap water.
Maybe I just picked a bad Sunday morning but when you’re spending a lot of money on something very special, you expect a little more ☺️

What can I say about this shop….. the experience was amazing from start to finish. I felt so special and Teresa who guided us knew exactly what would suit and I only tried on 2 dresses and bought the second. I had been to previous wedding shops and this just is the best and affordable.

I got my wedding dress from wed2b and honestly can’t recommend them enough. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.

The staff were so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me !

The first visit to any wed 2 be store, we were instantly greeted , both ladies we dealt with were super helpful , friendly and accommodating. Molly who helped us find the dress was really lovely , she couldn’t do enough for us , patient, was very good at advising, made great decisions and made us feel so comfortable. We were informed she is new to the business , you’d have never known! A wonderful experience, thank you!

Teresa made my experience of buying my wedding dress absolutely perfect. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like and the first dress the brought to me was THE one! I had my eye on this dress online for months and she chose the exact dress for me without me mentioning which one it was. She just knew. A great experience from start to finish.

On Friday 1st May I visited wed2be derby. After an unpleasant experience at another store I was nervous as had been left to feel like wedding dresses weren't for me. I was greeted by Teresa with a huge smile and I felt my worries settle. In total we spent nearly 3 hours in store. This experience was completely different. Teresa is an absolute star. She made both my mum and I feel relaxed, welcomed and special. The knowledge she has about the industry, the dresses, the seamstress recommendations and everything in between is something else. You can tell she loves the job and my is she amazing at it. I felt like she was an extended part of the family. I literally went from an awkward non bridal bride to saying yes to the dress (the beautiful Blakely) and leaving with a new found confidence i didnt have before. Nothing was too much trouble (she was literally following me around with a fan as it was a hot day in store). Honestly, I cannot thank her enough. What i was expecting to be another horrible experience resulting in me leaving thinking wedding dresses aren't for me, ended with me leaving with my beautiful gown, a smile on my face and a huge cuddle for Teresa for just being an absolutely marvelous individual. Thank you for making me feel like a bride wed2be derby. You were amazing.

Molly was great helping me choose my dress. I went not knowing what I was looking for and molly found me my perfect dress. She went above and beyond to help me.

I was very nervous about the whole dress shopping. Teresa couldn't have been more amazing. What a special lady! Thank you for everything ❤️

I ordered online. I was asked for a receipt which hadn’t been sent and only had the order confirmation. The woman who served us was really nice but she then had to search by surname. Just made the experience a bit more difficult. I then received an email to say that my order had been shipped. Not a major problem but you need to sort your automated contacts out.

Yesterday (23.04.2026) I said "Yes to the dress!". All of the staff in the Derby store were amazing, but a special mention must be made of Teresa. She made the whole thing a brilliant experience, from supporting me with choices/options, to making me feel like a million dollars due to her compliments on my figure (something we ladies are very self-critical of)! The store was really flexible too, giving me time to get a couple of girls together to make sure I'd made the right decision. Teresa played along and the girls picked the same dress that I had, so obviously it's the right one! A truly fabulous experience.

The only downside, is the way that you contact the shop which is through customer services, it's not possible it seems to speak directly to the people in the store and I did have to make a special trip to the store to make some arrangements.

However, this has not detracted from what has been a brilliant experience!

Thank you to everyone at the Derby store, but in particular to you Teresa; you are truly fabulous!

Teresa was fantastic helping my daughter chose her wedding dress .
She was patient, knowlegable, listened and so kind. We left for another appointment somewhere else then went straight back to Bride2be. Teresa pulled out the most fantastic dress, new in that day and that was the one. Would totally recommend this place.

Visited the store bang on opening, we were meet by Bryonie, who was amazing from start to finish. Couldn't be happier! Thank you!!

I came in today with my best friend and her mum in hopes of finding my wedding dress. All the staff were incredible from start to finish and made us feel so welcome. Molly in particular was very sweet and attentive throughout the whole process and tailored her suggestions around my likes and dislikes. I listened to her advice and tried on a dress I thought I would never go for as it was not my style and it ended up being my dream dress which goes to show that you should always trust the professionals. All of the staff made the experience feel like I was shopping with friends and made me feel so beautiful. I can't recommend them enough and I'm grateful they made me feel so special.

Teresa was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. I am not one for dresses on a normal day so trying a wedding dress was quite daunting but Teresa made me feel at ease and knew exactly what would suit me. No rush and no pressure. She was also lovely with my mum and my daughter who has learning difficulties. Thank you!

Spent a few hours in the shop trying on dresses. I can’t remember the name of the lady who helped us but she listened and picked out dresses exactly as I described and was very nice. In the end I went for something completely different. The dresses are all reasonably priced and gorgeous. The shop is clean and spacious. Would recommend

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, providing me with very professional advice. Plenty of dress choices at reasonable prices.

Teresa was especially sweet, they gone the extra mile to assist me making sure I find the right dress in 2 separate appointments. Lauren took the extra time to resolved some issues with my deposit payment. Their services created an unforgettable and memorable experience for me.
