wed2b - Stoke-On-Trent Avis 

As soon as I arrived at Wed2b, I was greeted straight away and was sat down the amazing member of staff Molly who went through everything with me be made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I found my dream dress this day, and I couldn’t have done it without Mollys help, advice and assistance.

Lovely experience.

Grace did my fitting and was really helpful and supportive.
I think I was giving up and she persisted and found me the absolutely perfect dress.

Really lovely staff, dresses and experience, however the dress I loved and purchased was 4 sizes too big for me. This was due to my time I had left having had our wedding venue go into voluntary liquidation we decided to marry abroad. Leaving me three months to find a dress, hence purchasing off peg. Two other stores had my size, but the stores do not ship from store to store and were too far away to get to. This is the reason for my 4 stars. It would be helpful if the shops did ship from store to store because my alteration costs are now almost as much as the dress which I thought was very reasonably priced. I had to make an on the spot decision. If item can be shipped from overseas I do not see why a dress could not be shipped from a UK store to another.

Molly found my perfect dress in under 10 minutes! She knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable trying it on. She took her time to ensure I was happy and even showed my sister how to put me in and out of it! Thank you so much Molly!!!

Walk in service, so no booking needed which is great. As we entered the staff greeted us and let us have a look at the dresses as we waited. We weren’t waiting long to be seen. A staff member called Molly was the one how helped me find my dream dress. She was friend, welcoming and very supportive. Overall my experience here was 5/5

From the moment I walked I was made to feel really welcome and Molly was absolutely amazing. I’m on the curvy side and was very nervous about finding something that would suit but molly definitely knows her stuff.

Recommend going to this place , from start to finish they were attentive to my needs , Amy greeted and booked in then had Grace she was fantastic, treated me like a queen. There was no pressure and I found a perfect dress …yes to the dress with all the staff clapping and making me feel so special

What an amaizing experience I had with the ladies at the Stoke branch. As a very insecure body conscious women myself I was made to feel like a princess in every gown, nothing was too much effort for both ladies and the service was tailored to myself. I can not wait to wear my Wed2B dress and will be forever greatful.

I was nervous about wedding dress shopping for many reasons but the ladies (Jules and Amy) were wonderfully kind and encouraging. They really helped me to gradually get to the dress I wanted. A brilliant experience.

I loved my experience at Wed2B in Stoke. We had the pleasure of being with Grace and herself and the team were great! I’d been to a few shops and not found the dress for me yet but I did have an idea of what I’d want. The ladies here were friendly, helpful and it was a lovely calm experience. I felt no pressure to buy on the spot but after a quick think, I knew it was the dress for me. We went back today to collect and again it was a easy and friendly experience

Best experience ever!!

I came in today with some of my bridesmaids and mine and my partner’s Mum, we were looked after so well by two lovely staff members, Calyssa (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong!!) and Amy. They made me feel so special and so attended to. Calyssa picked out the most perfect dresses for me to try and knew what I liked straight away. They both made me feel like I was the most beautiful bride in the world (thank you both again!!) I am so grateful for this experience and wish I could do it every day.

I’ve literally had the best experience today at wed2b!! I had Clarissa who was absolutely amazing made me feel so comfortable and relaxed she is such a lovely girl and i can’t thank her enough for helping me find the one 🤍 but the whole experience and all of the staff were amazing xx

I had no idea what I wanted but Grace was lovely and patient with me and I found my dream dress!

Visited the Stoke store today. I was welcomed to be told who I would be placed with and seen to within 10 minutes. I went through what styles I liked, tried on a number of dresses. Felt so welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. I was placed with Maddison who was absolutely amazing, helped me getting in and out the dresses, gave me ideas and opinions. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me pick the perfect dress for my wedding day. Can not thank her enough x

Went feeling very nervous about finding the right dress, but instantly was put at ease with Lizzie who made the whole experience incredible! She knew the stock and understood my vision incredibly well and came up with four perfect choices for me. Went away with the perfect dress and the whole process was quick and seamless. I had a fantastic experience at Wed2B Stoke!
It was my first time looking for a wedding dress and myself and my close family members felt valued and supported from the moment we stepped foot through the store doors.
Amy warmly welcomed us and continued to check on us throughout the morning and Kelissa went above and beyond, really listening to how I felt or what I wanted.
Thanks to Kelissa and the team, I found the perfect dress and took it home that day.
