The personalized wedding cake topper was beautiful. This will be a keepsake for sure for my daughter and her new husband. I cant wait to frame it for them to hang on their wall.

Sooo that went really well
After going back and forth as far as ideas and designs it came down to the wire. The original rep I was working with moved on and Sommer picked up and ran. She was extra helpful and responsive. She gave me details and although time was a major factor, we got the order placed, created and shipped in time for our wedding! Great times! Thank you Sommer! Thank you Wedding Cuts!

Not as substantial of a piece as it may appear
The impression you get from the site is that the monogram is one piece and it's not. Each letter was separate, rather, thin and light. Doesn't feel as if it is worth the price. If I had it to do all over, I would not buy again.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with your cake toppers. You ordered our Mirrored Acrylic Monograms which are made from acrylic and have a mirrored face. This particular product is lightweight. Each of our monograms are cut individually to give you more flexibility in the placement of the toppers on your cake.
Our most popular cake topper monograms are the Metal Monograms- http://www.weddingcuts.com/brushed-metal-monogram.html I'll be happy to offer you an upgrade to these monograms if you'd like. The cost for the new toppers will be the difference between the mirrored acrylic toppers and the metal toppers plus shipping.
