Excellent product and delivery

After 2 years trying to find the right food for our 70lb goldendoodle, we finally succeeded. Our pet would get diarrhea for no particular reason. We had him on a prescription food, but it smelled disgusting, he didn’t particularly like it, and it was expensive. I tried other major pet food without success. Luckily I read about raw food for dogs, and decided he (our pet ), needed a limited ingredient diet. I tried WE FEED RAW. SUCCESS AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. It’s been a year and he’s doing great. I give him 2 probiotics with his food every morning and he’s thriving on the lamb. We tried the poultry but no success. The lamb works perfectly. Each pet is different so I give him less than the suggested amount and it works. The best news is I’m saving more than half the cost of the prescription. Our pet reminds us when it’s time to eat. Before he would hardly eat. We Feed Raw are so responsive with all our needs. Just email them and they respond quickly. We won’t even try a different company. Also their delivery is right on time. It’s delivered either on Tues or Wednesday. They are strict with ordering dates so I always keep an extra week just in case. They are the best!

We made the decision to switch our 2 Scottish Terriers, MacDougall and Thistle over to a raw diet once they reached 6 months old...and we've never regretted going with WFR. Customer service is top notch! I always get a reply in fairly short order with answers or solutions...a truly great customer service team. Our Scotties love the food and are doing great on the raw diet. Food quality is great! Just ask Mac & Thistle!

The quality of the meats is excellent and my dogs love their dinners! Shipping is usually quite reliable. I would like more dry ice including as the delivery time is always after I leave for work so the box sits outside quite a while. In winter this isn’t an issue but summer it is as the meat starts to thaw. Not good! If delivery was before 10 AM that would be fine.

We feed raw has been amazing. From being able to give you a feed transition schedule to following up to make sure my puppy is doing well. They go above and beyond. My puppy loves his meals and waits patiently while I prep it. Thankfully there has been no digestive issues which has made me extremely happy. I can’t wait to continue to receive my subscription from We Feed Raw. Thank you all for making this a great experience for not just myself but for my puppy.

My box arrived as promised. It was left outside the gate. Gate was not locked. I found it after 18:30 hours when I was taking my dog out for his evening walk. Box was heavy and was left outside blocking the gate. I had to push the gate open bring the box full od raw meat was outside where it is easy for people and wild animals to smell meat and eat it. Here in Green Valley Arizona we have coyotes, Bob cats, cougars and wild pigs.
So, as I tried to push I couldn't, then I try to pick up the box , it opened and all the food was out. There was no dry ice. I have no idea how long the box was sitting outside the gate.
This way of delivering to customer is unacceptable. This is disrespect for the food and customer. I have disability that makes lifting moderaweight is very painful. I was very angry and disappointed in this service.
The compa you you used for delivering my box cards to k ow how their staff is delivering the packages.

We just started. I am wondering if we can keep getting the powder that you add to transition with? Kilo loves it so much she keeps licking her bowl and looking at me like…is there more? 😂 I am waiting for her scratching to completely go away so I don’t have to keep getting these expensive shots! I think in the past week (which we started this week) it has already slowed down. This would be an answer to my prayers! Needless to say I am thrilled so far. She loves it!

I've tried a few different raw food company's and usually try to buy in bulk, so my two rotties have the food when needed. While they enjoyed the other brands, there's just something about We Feed Raw that gets them super excited for meal time. The literally sit by my side in the kitchen while I prepare it every day and rush to their places to eat ahead of me. Not only does the quality of the product impress me, but the individual packaging makes it all worth while. Highly recommend

I have been feeding We Feed Raw for about 3 years now and love it! I ordered freeze dried just to try out as treats, my dog is obsessed with them. Yes they are still only the healthiest treats as I will continue the fresh food but wow he loves those

Best mix of raw animal protein I have come across. It is hard to find anything other than beef and chicken organs in my area. Been feeding this for almost 2 years: packages always come frozen solid & and I have incurred loyalty points to go towards my orders for up to $50 off!

I love that my dog loves the food! Almost everything is amazing and I appreciate the care WeFeedRaw has put into the food so our babies can eat something actually natural full of nutrition.

I'm only giving 4 stars due to 2 reasons:
1. The new peel package is an AMAZING idea. One drawback is that it's a bit difficult to peel. I can see those with arthritis having a difficult time peeling the food open. Sometimes I don't have time to be fumbling with it to peel that I just use the old fashioned way of cutting. I think it can do with some improvements

2. I wish there were some raw chew options. Kind of like raw duck neck or something that's not ground up. Just to help give our babies something to help clean their teeth.

Other than that, I have absolutely no complains on the food itself. My dog loves it, my dog is healthier and her red stains when i got her as a puppy has completely vanished since i switched to WeFeedRaw.

My dogs thrive on We Feed Raw as part of their daily diet. Nicely ground unlike some other raw products that are course and have chunks of bone and other stuff . Love the product and the service

New packaging is easier to open and clean but takes longer to defrost.
Quality seems good.

I love the new peel and pack however, I wish you would make the tab a little bigger and more prominent to pull. It’s a little short and sometimes the packs don’t even have a tab for me to pull.

I would love to know why you went from plates to bricks. Plates were better and and could also cut some plastics back to save money.
