Exceeded my expectations
Friendly service, the person I was dealing with was Anna. Everything was done quickly. All questions were answered quickly and explained well when I asked about details on the agreement. There was nothing that was hidden in small print. There wasn't pages and pages of things to read, so was able to fully read all documents before signing. Anna made the whole process easy and stress free, would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

Sarah was fantastic from start to finish. Took all the stress of finding the right van away, providing 10 options within my budget. Within 24 hours, she sourced options and we had a deal finalised. Strongly recommend for anyone who, like me, doesn’t have the time to shop around and source quotes themselves.

This review is about how happy my other half is with his service from an WFAV employee
My other half was in a car accident which wrote of his van.
Lauren had managed to get my other half back on the road & in a new van (in which he loves) within a matter of a week even though there was a lot of work to be done behind the scenes, id just like to she is the type of person. You’d hope to deal with your case ! made a very stressful situation not stressful at all!

I’m writing this review base on the service provided
I’m writing this review base on the outstanding service i received from one individual employee of, we finance any van.
I had applied for a new van finance as my previous van was written off, I had already had a finance agreement in place which could have caused me many of issues.
But Lauren at WFAV helped me through the whole procedure & I’m glad to say she sorted out a brilliant van for me quick and effectively as needed to keep me working !

Amazing customer service
We Delt with JAKE , from start to finish he did everything possible for us our process took a little longer than we anticipated due to a marker still being on the van we wanted to purchase .
Even though that made things a little more complicated jake kept in contact on a daily basis he did everything he could to get us the van we wanted .
Jake went above and beyond and his customer service was superb
