I wish I would have seen this site before my purchase. This place needs to be shut down. Never again.

I placed an order that was completed for a Tee Shirt and Sweatshirt that went we. I placed a second order for 6 over the shoulder bags on FB. I noticed the wrong items were placed as a substitute for the item I wanted . I attempted to contact their help staff by phone and was never connected . I sent them email where I recieve standard responses with no clue they had read them. I have repeated contacted them regarding my items I paid via PayPal and Visa through USSA. OpenCommerce Group processed my order. I was informed by the representative who eventually contacted ( I have all emails and order saved) the order could no be altered, returned or modified. No discussion more or less. The items were advertised as hand made native American items but was told the order was coming from overseas. I have opened payment disputes with PP and USSA Visa. I will not except the package or if left return it by registered mail with insurance and a delivery reciept. I offered to accept 5 red additional bags but no one will like the brown they substituted for the white bags with blue stripes. Non existent customer service, substituted items, most likely not native American native manufactured. They picked the wrong guy to screw I would not recommend this business.

This company is committing federal fraud. Claiming things are Native made, etc, is against the Indian Arts and Crafts Law.

Thought this was helping indigenous children, but this is actually an Asian company under several names, using fake virtual North American addresses. Also saw that the actual artists are trying to stop them.

Horrible. I bought an ornament that looked nothing like the picture. It was expensive garbage and no refund. I'd give it less than a 1 star if I could.

Terrible experience! This company is claiming to sell Native American "hand-made" jewelry when in fact its all MADE IN CHINA! I received the $50 earrings I ordered over a month ago today that looked nothing like what I ordered and they came in a package with Chinese writing and a plastic bag labeled Made in China! I am shocked and appalled! DO NOT BUY! Its a fraud!!
