Made it very easy. They were quick, careful, trustworthy and had great initiatives with spacing.
Loved how efficient they were. Brad and the his sidekick Toddy were outstanding.

Great experience except for about an hour delay because of traffic for the drivers.
Manny, and his crewmate, I’m sorry I forget his name, was very good and communicated well, and he took very good care of my vintage velvet sofa. He wrapped it and he was conscious of where it was in the truck. He delivered it immediately and set it in my living room. It was a very smooth experience except for the start, but I’m sure that wasn’t his fault.

I called requesting a removal on 21 October and within 5 minutes of forwarding photos of the job I had a quote and was able to arrange next day collection.

The driver arrived within the agreed time frame, was polite and friendly, and rapidly removed the items requested. A great service offering good value for money. Would definitely recommend and use again.

My experience was fantastic. The movers were on time and very efficient. You can tell that they knew what they were doing. I was very pleased with them. Thank you so much.

The representatives who did all the moving did exactly that! All the moving! I was in over my head and these two gentlemen handled everything in a very short time and unloaded everything exactly the same with not one item damaged. I would gladly recommend We Like To Move it to anyone in need of professional movers.

Good professional service

Phew...to spare you time reading...DONT DO IT! Go with the larger, more expensive companies because you get what you paid for. I'll summarize my experience.
1. They arrived LATE. And then got there and started complaining about "how much stuff there was" and that they were tired from the previous day move.
2. Their packing was horrible. They literally throw my stuff and stacked it unprofessionally on top of each other.
3. They didn't even pack all of the items they were supposed to in the contract.
4. They asked me to purchase them pizza for lunch.
5. They took an hour break they want me to pay for.
6. They broke some my items. And then blamed me for them being too heavy.
7. They overcharged me for USED boxes (they are used Amazon boxes from the owner).
8. They sent untrained, unprofessional guys. The first lead guy (Manny) mostly stood around training another guy, “seeing what he could do”.
9. I paid a portion cash, and then they charged my card the full amount, then they gave a partial refund. It’s a complete mess.
I could bore you with the details of my horrible experience. The list continues but you get the point. They're just a small business trying to get going, but screwing over customer isn’t the way to do it. And train your employees. SMH.

I take this one as my fault though. When you text the owner as your main form of communication (did have a formal docusign contract) I should have known it'd be a problem. They’ll be hearing from our attorney next week 🙃

Don't be like me!

What can be improved...LOTS! Don't spend your money trying to figure it out though.

Update (July 2025) - I contacted an attorney for a small claims lawsuit and disputed the charge with my bank and guess what…they investigated and I won! Scammers never prosper!

After I scheduled by phone and they asked me for everything on each room, they arrived with a smaller Uhaul box truck and I had to make a decision to left behind part of my furniture because they didn't fit. On top of that I use my personal truck to carry items because of that, and they were not coming back to pickup the rest since they had a next job to do. For me this is unacceptable and irresponsible from part of the so call company. I will not use them again.

This is the third time this company has moved me. Excellence at its best!! Anthony and Jessy WERE AMAZING!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

The two young men are polite, honest and timely. Very careful with my furniture and the hardwood floors. Would recommend there service and I will use them again in the future.
