Do not buy from this company! I ordered a maths set that was advertised on TikTok on 11th November 2024 and still haven’t received anything. I then emailed their customer services on 18th December 2024 and have had no response. The tracking says ‘delivery failed’ on 10th December 2024 but I checked my ring doorbell footage as everyone was home, and no attempted delivery at all. £24 completely wasted, I am gutted.

Dropped my guard by a fb advert advertising a car screen cleaner for £12.99 + £4.99 delivery. You can buy the identical product on a popular Chinese site for £3.20 free delivery.

Ordered 2 books in October. Still haven’t received- despite numerous emails to customer service.
I have reported them to Facebook and Instagram as a scam site but unfortunately they are still selling on both these sites. Definitely BUYER AWARE. Wish i had checked them out first.

I never got my short or a tracking number it’not good

Due to a misleading line on their order acknowledgement, I ordered two items instead of one. I realised my mistake in seconds and imediately wrote to request cancellation of the second one. Twice.

No response.

A long time after, both items arrived and I rather wish they haden't. Talk about false advertising. I know things are made to look good for adverts but these adverts bore no relation to the cheap tat that arrived.

Terrible Company. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a gift in Nov (with 2-4 day delivery) for Christmas and it turns up in Jan. Seems impossible to get a refund.

Total dross company. Ordered goods and stated 2-4days turned up about 3 weeks later. Their tracking is useless and only states still on China!! Which was not clear on ordering. Trying to return impossible as I know outside the 14 days. Have emailed them twice and nothing and although site states 24 hour support,,,, no phone number to call. Avoid this dodgy scam crowd.

Ordered a maths pop fidget chart and flash cards in November and it took 8 weeks to arrive. The flash cards are ok but the fidget chart ( which is supposed to help in learning times tables) is useless because the numbers are the same colour as the background making them impossible to read.

Total scam! Like others have said goods never arrived. Disappointed child. My bank is now going after the money. Do not touch with a barge pole.

My bank is currently investigating this company as a scam. They took my money, and no goods were ever delivered. Their tracking service is only available through a third party app, and shows false information. I emailed as per their guidelines to request a refund and cancel my order, but never received a response to any of my emails. I got tired of chasing Christmas presents in January from a company that scammed me out of pocket, so I contacted my bank who are investigating and may be able to refund me my money.
Don’t make the mistake I did in thinking it might be different for me, order from a reputable company with positive reviews.

SCAM avoid this site. Goods never arrived. Tracker doesn’t work. No response from customer service

I wish I didn’t watch instagram ads and then impulse buy something because I ended up getting something from here that was meant for Christmas. I forgot I ordered it to be honest and I got a message today saying that they’ve been delivered but it isn’t here. I have emailed them but reading these reviews I don’t hold much for getting anywhere with it. That’s £21 down the drain.

Avoid this company. Ordered 5 sets of the ‘tell your story’ books from their online store. Delivery was stated as 10 days, it turns out this is actually a Chinese based company (something hidden from their website) this means a huge delivery time. Despite ordering very early in December, these gifts did not arrive until after Christmas which is rather annoying.
Even worse than this is the quality of the books, they are littered with spelling errors and poor grammar on nearly every page, to the point I have been embarrassed to gift these presents. They have been translated so incredibly poorly that I would go as far to call them a scam, please avoid this company/ product.

Wish I had read these comments before ordering. Only wanted a fun Christmas stocking filler and the item and company kept coming up on my Instagram feed and so I gambled it. Like others have said absolutely atrocious service, one star is too high for this scam company. Had all the same experiences as others; a fake tracking number, no updates, no reply to countless emails. Save your well earned money and keep away. Disgraceful that they can keep trading.

I’m now realising that I need to read reviews before ordering from so called UK based companies. Had I done so I would not have ordered from this company. I ordered a Christmas gift on the 11th December and I’m still waiting. Realised that it was being shipped from China after the purchase. Emailed complaints remain unanswered. My advice is steer well clear of this sham of a company.

Ordered a Christmas gift on the 12th of December & i still haven't received it its now the 26th! I've emailed numerous times & had no response... don't even deserve one star!

This is a terrible company.
They take your money,make up a pretend tracking service which shows your order as arriving in your country and when you look further into it, the order number won’t be recognised.
I ordered a radio on 5th dec, on the 12th dec it arrived in London and now I’m chasing the order number cannot be found.
I can’t find the company on insta or Facebook anymore and they’ve taken my money and disappeared. Avoid at all costs!!

I have given one star as the scale does not go any lower. In reality I would want the review to be in the minus numbers. I was hoping to have my oder for Christmas (ordered early December) but it is now Christmas Eve and no sign of this. Delays happen I realise this but customer service is
non existent. Despite several emails, there has been no contact. As the saying goes AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Never again 😤

I ordered a game 2 weeks ago, and received absolutely no confirmation that my order went through, but the money was taken from my account. I've emailed them 3 times, I received one generic response that sent me to a tracking site and have had no reply since.

This lot and GOHOMIE AND ALLFOUND Web site are same . Emails same etc. No parcels have arrived... one email says its been fulfilled what ever that's meant to mean...these were all little gifts for my grandson ... do not bother with any site..unless there going to prove me wrong ... shame on all of u
