After waiting weeks for my order, it was completely wrong! Have had NO reply from my endless emails. This company should be struck off! DO NOT USE!

DO NOT use this company. I tried to return items that were extremely ill fitting and very poor quality. I have sent them 5 messages in various forms ie emails direct to customer service, online form via website and a reply to original order confirmation email. ( all stated on website as ways of communication) I have received no correspondence back. The returns policy states that you request the return, they then decide and inform you how to go about this and where to send items back to. I am now looking into putting in a PayPal dispute.

Welkinbird does not deserve even 1 star. I placed an order, received a Hermes Tracking number which Hermes states it is not one of their Tracking Numbers. Sent so may emails to Welkinbird but, no response were forthcoming. TERRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE, AWFUL COMPANY!!!!

Embroidery cards - except not! Rubbish cards with no instructions. Not even punched holes. Took forever to arrive, instructions are in Chinese. Shipped from China - pretending to be an English company. Do not bother buying from them. Total ripoff

I purchased three dice games called Q-less. They took weeks to arrive, were in insufficient packaging so the tins were dented, and each tin contains five Q's....
They were advertised as white dice, they are in fact yellow, the tins are supposed to be lined and are not and they do not include the message advertised inside the lids.

Absolutely horrendous product! NOTHING like the description and the price was definitely not reflective of the 'quality' of the item! Took TWO MONTHS to arrive - I will not be giving this as the intended gift and can only assume that the reviews and photos as per the Facebook advert were fake - extremely dissapointed. Image on mug has no texture and is basically a cheap image puf onto a cheap mug - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

I ordered a book in August - 7-14 day delivery, I’m still waiting 1 October. I threatened to get a refund through my bank and the next day I got a shipping notification, however, the courier has no information on it. I’ll be following up with my bank for a full refund. I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole.

Took weeks to arrive. Ordered 2 mugs and 1 was completely smashed and they’re not like the order picture! Lesson learned!!

I ordered the stitch guide. The money left my account then a further 2 payments of £184 were tried. Luckily my bank took them as dodgy and blocked my card.
This company is not to be trusted. Please don’t buy from them.

Ordered 4xl they took 3 weeks to arrive and we're more like XL went nowhere near me do not order your usual size as they are around four sizes too small

3 weeks and nothing, no response despite payment. A scam site avoid like the plague.Update. Got my purchase yesterday. So, not a scam site for me, but the communication is shocking. Further update. Received product. Pile of crap chesp- nothing like advertised.

A few weeks ago I posted a 1 star review after receiving a mug with a large chip in the rim. They ignored my complaint.
Happy to say they have since apologised and offered a replacement or refund. The replacement arrived and it is fine.
Only fair to set the record straight.

I wished I’d read these reviews before purchasing. I’ve paid and had nothing.
Emailed 6 times, no response.
3 weeks has passed.
I don’t even know how to get a refund from them.

Update…. after 6 weeks and absolutely no contact and no response to my many emails the mugs eventually turned up. They are rubbish, don’t resemble the elaborate photos at all. So still only one star from me.

Waited and waited for a reply to my messages concerning the arrival date of my mask. No emails were received at all. The mask DID NOT resemble the one advertised. They did not respond to any further messages.
Please avoid.

Welkinbird is an absolute pisstake. The Q-less game is a joke. Like other victims, I got a bunch of letters from which it was virtually impossible to make sensible words. my game had 4 Qs; 5 Us and 3 each of Z,W and F and 1 E. absolute rubbish.

I still haven't received my order an the money was paid

ordered a cup for my wife, account debited on 26th aug, emailed company a few times for up date, no reply, now reading these reports from other people does not look good.

I ordered 2 Q-Less games from Welkinbird which duly arrived with the tins dented. Q-Less is a crossword solitaire game and has twelve dice with a letter printed on all 6 sides.
The game is called Q-Less as there are no letter Qs printed on the dice. Both of my tins had 4 letter Qs.
The product I was sent is a rip off of the original game.
I have contacted Welkinbird and had no satisfactory response.
Will never use this company again and they should be taken to task!!

So far, not happy. I ordered through an instagram advert. I saw the payment for the item come out from my account. A day or so later a further unknown payment of 14.99 was taken by them too. I emailed straight away to ask what this payment was and I've had no acknowledgement of email or reply to my question. I've also had no updates on the order since confirmation on the 24th August.
