The delivery took a really long time and when it did arrive, the size was large which is no good for me as I have a small frame. I don’t know steps on how to return. The assistant was polite and chased up initial delivery.
Two things: 1. When doing the ourchase on the homepage, I chose the double item offer. After that , again the offercame up and I thought that my previous clicks did not go through, so I chose it again. Then I ended up with paying for an order of four which was a mistake. I explained this to the customer service right away. In short, my impression was that your website is not fully transparent. 2. When I received and tried on the product, it did not feeel comfortable. I felt it was not soft enough and the stripes are too wide.
However, I am fully satisfied with your customer service.
Customer service were very prompt in responding but the product was not worth the money I paid - very poor connecting ties
Went online and tried to purchase one support back brace and ended up being charged for two and a warranty. Immediately tried to cancel the order and was told that it had already been fulfilled. Reassured however that returning would be a simple process. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received any of my
order and the most of the company has done is to extend the return window.
Update: I just received my shipment and will now start the return process. If all goes well, I will change my rating.
Customer service were extremely friendly and helpful - most importantly their response time was second to none.
Until I wanted to return items. Then they quoted their T&Cs which said I was responsible for paying for return costs. They originally offered a 25% refund if I kept the items but, when I didn't accept immediately changed the offer to a 45% refund.

Purchased the item based on reviews. The low price was also a big factor. I have not used this product, but hope it works as advertised.
Ordering was easy - time will tell if it arrives on time and does what it claims.

......It's now 28th April, (ordered 3rd of April.) No sign of it yet, but at least I now have a tracking number. It seems to be in Braintree (Essex, (still 200miles away from me)) in the hands of a "local carrier". Hope that's a human and not a carrier pigeon.
