Total rip of merchants took 3 extra payments from my account £95 I didn’t spend contacted them within 5 minutes and told to late as order had already been sent . Total bullshit absolute crooks DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them. My bank are investigating this company .
Es ist eine Betrugsfirma , die wie alle anderern hier schon beschrieben haben, den Kunden was vorgaukelt. Kommunikation sehr schlecht bzw. gar nicht möglich- sitzen wohl in Litauen , kassieren ab aber melden sich nicht. Es kommt keine Ware an, obwohl man bezahlt hat. Auch Stornierungen , wenige Minuten nach der Bestellung sind (angeblich) nicht mehr möglich. Schlimm auch, dass Unternehmen wie KLARNA mit denen zusammenarbeiten , denn Klarna bekommt auch Geld anteilig für jede bei Klarna getätigte Bezahlung . Keiner guckt sich von den "Bezahlfirmen" die Websites an, die auf Schadsoftware verweisen Die schädliche Seite wird sogar von Klarna empfohlen, damit man sich erstmal mit dem Händler in Verbindung setzt, was man dann sofort sein lässt, weil es ein verseuchter LINK ist. Ein Punkt ist hier noch zuviel. Auf jeden Fall diese Firma nicht anwählen, um dort etwas zu kaufen. Man wird nur vera....t. Und zu 95 % erfolgt von Klarna auch nur die Kommunikation mit Chat-Bots oder eben KI , die einem nicht wirklich weiterhilft.
Produkte wurden trotz sofortigem Storno ausgeliefert. Ich sollte jetzt die Rücksendung bezahlen. Vorsicht sehr unseriös!!!

I ordered 1 box which went through & immediately another order went through for additional £47.97 which I didn't order. I immediately queried it & was told the order had already been processed..in less than 15 minutes. The speed of which shows they are scammers. Pay pal have not responded yet to my emails as yet but I will proceed to their ombudsman. My advice DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I managed to get my money back, it was a pain and some work, read on if you want details how I managed it. If I could leave 0 stars I would, like many many others I too got scammed in the "maybe I'll try one box" and ended up getting charged for six boxes at twice the price of what they said they were going to be. Same issue. Tried to cancel immediately through my PayPal and through the company only to be told they have superhuman power strengths at shipping and it had already shipped within 5 minutes. "Mia" emailed me after I emailed relentlessly asking for cancellation, then I started filling out the form on their site repeatedly asking for cancellation. "Chris" entered the email chats so I started replying to him eldessly as well. Immediately started disputes thru my PayPal outlining the scamminess of the company. 3-4 emails to each every day. SAVE THEM ALL, especially is you get a 100%refund email, this one stated the amount I paid in total. When the product actually did arrive, I paid to ship it back, yes it cost me some money I was willing to part with on pretense of proving a point. I returned the product, unopened within a 24hour period, followed the return instructions for the tracking. "Charlie" now entered the chat and got tagged into emails as well. In the meantime the PayPal disputes were being updated by both company and myself, and closed since I received product. This is important to screenshot that disputes were closed. I followed tracking online daily til it said delivered then started my refund emails. They tried to say can't refund PayPal not closed (saved the screenshots) after a day of emails, hallelujah all but $4.95 refunded. I kept at it with screenshots of calculators, and the 100% emails. "Lady Lica" now entered the emails trying to say $4.95 was shipping and not refundable. Be repetitive with inundating emails. Last email I sent all the photos of 100%,the email with the actual amount paid to be refunded stated by them and I linked the BBB complaints page against the company. Within hours my $4.95 was refunded.
Yes it cost me patience, time, endless emails and approx 25$ CAD cash for shipping but be relentless and screenshot everything. They are preying on you giving up with frustration. Even at $4.95 if thousands of people give up they steal money.
Don't give up, follow the process and keep your proof.
Finger Weg! Das ist alles andere als solide. Meine Bestellung wurde doppelt ausgeführt und natürlich auch die Zahlung. Ich habe sofort einen Widerruf per Mail geschrieben.

Die Rücksendung erfolgt vermutlich in die USA für viel Geld. Mein Tipp in einem solchen Fall: Unbedingt die Annahme verweigern! Ich habe umgehend Paypal informiert und einen Fall eröffnet. Aus meiner Sicht ist das eine ganz perfide Masche mit der hier gearbeitet wird!
Betrüger, an der Kasse wird man reingelegt und hat auf einmal die dreifache Menge gekauft. Das Produkt ist außerdem völlig nutzlos, würde 0 Punkte geben, nicht zu empfehlen . Außerdem hatte ich sofort storniert und bekam als Antwort das es schon unterwegs wäre nach 5 Minuten, hahaha und eine Annahmeverweigerung wäre auch nicht möglich weil die Rücksendung vernichtet würde, sollten eine Anzeige bekommen und verboten werden.
Unabsichtliche Bestellung - Stornierung trotz sofortiger Mail verweigert!
Meine Bestellung 5760730038480 Slim Coffeebooster wurde mehrfach doppelt abgebucht, ich hatte keine Möglichkeit, die Bestellung zu prüfen!!
unmittelbar danach habe mehrfach den Kundenservice per E-Mail kontaktiert, um den Fehler zu stornieren. Meine Bitte um Stornierung wurde vom Support jedoch einfach abgelehnt, obwohl das Paket zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch gar nicht versendet war.
Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut kundenunfreundlich und ignoriert jegliches faire Rückgaberecht. Ich werde den Fall nun an den PayPal-Käuferschutz weiterleiten!
