To ensure you have the correct information for your device, here is the list of the six cleaning modes as they are typically arranged on the interface, ordered from the top (closest to the power button) to the bottom of the brush:

Schon beim Auspacken der Ware war zu erkennen, dass das Gehäuse des Etuis zerkratzt und das Scharnier Oberteil/Unterteil defekt ist und sich nicht schließen lässt. Selbst die elektrische Zahnbürste war von minderwertiger Qualität.
Auf den defekten Artikel gehen Sie nicht ein. Ein Retourenschein wird abgelehnt, somit habe ich bei PayPal den Käuferschutz eingeschaltet.
WellaWhite schreibt dazu: Leider können wir diese Artikel aufgrund strenger Hygiene- und Sicherheitsbestimmungen nicht zurücknehmen.

This company is a bad joke. They have tried just about everything imaginable to avoid the need to refund an unopened and thus unused product. The so-called customer service team continues to send the unapplicable responses to my emails as a most robotic way. They will do anything to avoid providing a return address so that I can send the tooth flossers back to them for a refund. This truly has the markins of a scam and there are many similar products that come from honorable organizations. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY for your own benefit and piece of mind.

When i received them and asked to return i was advised i could not for health and hygiene reasons. Boxes are unopened and this was not stated to me in previous correspondance. Surely something has to be done about this company, again over £100 down the drain!

Update from wellawhite reply. I have emailed numerous times to get return information, they have said they can’t refund due to hygiene reasons even when informing them I haven’t opened any of the products! I have now taken it to trading standards.
Also, there reply must be automated as I have had no email
Shocking website! Scammed into ordering more than I desired. Emailed as soon as order went through to cancel. Was told it was already dispatched and to wait until delivered then get in contact to arrange return. On receiving order, I contacted customer service straight away and was told I cannot return for hygiene reasons! Have reported to my bank.

I don't know about the toothbrushes because I have used mine yet. I'm still trying to figure out what to do with them. I basically 'accidentally' bought these toothbrushes and somehow ended up purchasing two? They take your card info right off the bat and then charge you more than what you intended. Anyway, I didn't want to even buy these toothbrushes and ended up spending over $100 against my will. I was put through a series of fast-responding customer service agents, first telling me not to worry and that they'd check on cancelling the order. They then told me it was too late to cancel, but I'd have 30 days to return the toothbrushes. Then, I was told I couldn't return the items or get a refund because toothbrushes are 'hygienic' items... I hadn't even opened the packaging. Order #64AB5B0915

I bought one toothbrush and was sent 4. I was charged for 4 and they said i cant return them as they wont refund the £140 because its a hygeine product and its non returnable. This is a scam! now I have to go through small claims court.

I was sent 2 emails from this company offering me a refund. I phoned the company yesterday at 16.43 and was told they wont refund as they are hygiene products (despite them being plastic wrapped and still in the packing) They told me not to believe anything from Vincent or Victor (who had written the emails)as they are just bots. My mother is 83 and just wanted 1 toothbrush and three extra brushes) not this amount of hassle.

A COMPLETE ABSOLUTE SCAM just like other customers reported. They will not send a return label even for unopened products. Product is defective. Total nightmare and money down the drain.

I recently bought an electric toothbrush from this company to discover 5 turned up which I wasn’t expecting or thought I had ordered. Unfortunately I had. I got in touch immediately with the customer service but was told like everyone else I could not send the items back for Hygiene reasons. Again I agree with everyone else I have read that this unfortunately is a scam company. I intend to report the company properly but I don’t expect to get any money back. £150 down the drain. These product sites specialising in reviewing different brands are also disingenuous.

I asked to cancel my order for an electric toothbrush within 10 minutes of placing an order. I was told this was impossible as it had already been dispatched. Instead they offered me free warranty and 45days return.
The parcel arrived, I kept it unopened, and asked to return it.
They then told me I couldn't return it on Health and Safety grounds! In other words their warranties are meaningless.

This company is a total fraud. I ordered one set of 3 and was charged for another 2 which was more expensive than the set of 3 once I received the email with the charges, I called right back and told them that there was a mistake. This is within the hour. They told me they could not cancel my order because it had already been processed, but that once I received it, I could contact customer service and they would resolve the problem. The problem is not resolved. I did contact them and they keep sending me emails that I cannot return the products and there is no refund. Their customer service is a nightmare so I am stuck here with five sets of these trays that they sent me without my consent.
I will never order anything from these people in the future and probably as I read the reviews The same thing happened to a lot of other customers.

Total scam company. Like many others I too was duped on their website and was billed for 4 products instead of one. Had same experience as many others when I contacted the company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The products are very poor quality also.

I wanted to buy one toothbrush as soon as I had put in my PayPal details they took the money without showing any invoice they had taken postage and a guarantee cost without any notification. On trying to find the invoice I clicked on a page and found I’d bought another three and the money taken from the PayPal account. All emails are answered with AI so no cancellation policy just told to return them and after reading trustpilot I find they won’t take returns either. Be very careful using the website.

A quick update, to say I did get all my money back after explaining I'd gone to citizens advice/trading standards. Citizens advice have logged a case. Please select the refund option if you've paid via PayPal and/or email the support address immediately. Please read below and be persistent. There is a UK address for returning unwanted items.

Like many others, I ordered 1 toothbrush and ended up with multiple, and a massive sum taken from our account. It can't be a coincidence that this is happening to so many people. I wrote within seconds of seeing the order email, asking that the order be cancelled, as I hadn't asked for multiple toothbrushes. I was emailed back immediately and told the orders are pre batched and mine had already been processed/dispatched. I then received the order confirmation email of the order being processed a while later, and then a 'your item is being shipped' email 2 days later! When the items arrived 12 days later, all the boxes were damaged, and the items are plastic and of poor quality. I emailed to ask for the return details as there were none with the goods, only to be told that I couldn't return them due to hygiene reasons. Ironically there is an offer for a '30 day trial and return if not satisfied', on the website. The terms and conditions on the website state items will be refunded if you contact the support team within 30 days, a return code and address will then be provided for returning the goods. At this stage I immediately applied via PayPal for a refund and explained I will contact citizens advice, trading standards, and the consumer ombudsman. I was immediately sent the details for returning the items and an assurance of a 100% refund. I have to pay for postage and show proof of return, which I don't have a problem with, as long as I can return these unwanted items and get my money back. Of course, I haven't got my money back yet, but I will persist. Please do the same.

I placed an order on March 19th for two toothbrushes—one pack for myself and one for my husband. When I checked my confirmation email, I saw that I had been charged for five toothbrushes: a pack of 2 and a pack of 3. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the pack of 3.Despite this, the pack of 3 was not cancelled. It was delivered anyway, and I was charged 254.19 CAD for an item I explicitly requested to cancel. To make matters worse, the product quality is far below expectations. This is unacceptable. I followed the proper steps to correct the order, yet I was overcharged and sent an item I did not want. A very disappointed Canadian customer.
