Very fast delivery (ordered on Friday, picked up in Finland on Tuesday i.e. in 3 business days)!! Products (Super Elixir and Goddess Elixir) seem fine, just started.

The company didn’t send a product payed. No mail, no reply . Big disappointment . So huge campaign and money just wasted!!

I placed an order which had an offer of an extra product. I was very careful to ensure I selected 3month to next order to give me time to try and decide considering I had two jars. They charged me monthly!! I noticed immediately and accessed my account to see they conveniently placed one product as three months and the other as monthly. I cancelled everything immediately and the order remains unfulfilled. I contacted them to ask for refund and they said someone would be in touch. After 2 days of zero contact, I reached out again only to receive an AI response to say that because i didn't context within 30mins of payment they wont refund!!! I don't like the product it does nothing, and I am now stuck with two jars of this useless stuff and now more money taken and the order unfilled. Total scam and all contact is clearly AI responses as they simply repeat the same thing over and over. Absolutely disgusted that a product aimed at women’s health would cause so much emotional distress!!

I placed an order during Black Friday (buy one, get two free) to test the product. I did not subscribe to any monthly plan. However, I have been receiving a product every month and being charged the full price, even though my account shows no active subscription. I have requested: (1) cancellation of any unauthorized subscription linked to my account, (2) an immediate stop to all future shipments and charges, and (3) a refund of the charges already taken. I am currently awaiting their response.
As for the product itself, I tested it for several days and did not notice any improvement in my condition. The taste is okay, nothing special, and the claimed effects are not verified (at least in my experience).

WelleCo Europe is a delight to deal with, in my opinion. I am on my 4th order and have experienced excellent customer service and fast deliver to Athens, Greece. (A total of 6 days from order made to delivered!) Bonus is being able to track the shipment and get delivery notifications via mobile.

Packaging is all recycable.

There are plenty of perks being a member and having the app. Occasionally there are bonuses to try or discounts given which is a nice way to try another amazing product.

I have been using many of the WelleCo products since December 2023, and they do exactly what they promise! I truly feel blessed having found supplements that empower my own wellness journey.

I had the best experience with WelleCo. I ordered a couple of products, the delivery was late it is true and first I only received half of my order. I sent them an email asking for an update and in less than a week I had my full order reimbursed and redelivered.
They were super nice over email, very responsive and solution oriented.

I have ordered two products from WelleCo on July 11th and still haven't received them. Moreover, when I wrote them the second e-mail to find out what's going on, no response from the customer service!
