Solid experience with customer service
Had an issue using a promo code on the order portal and emailed customer support, received a reply the same day and it wasn’t from a bot, it was an actual person that understood my question and gave me two methods that I could use in order to take advantage of the coupon. It worked, I received my order within three business days incredible service super fast shipping.

Room for improvement
The box the product arrived in was extremely damaged - Essentially, it was put inside of a much larger napkin box without anything to keep it from bouncing around, so it almost fell out. The product itself was decent until the end part... There was a petroleum flavor that became present.

This is a good honest company
This is a good honest company. The customer service is great and fast to respond. There was a mixup with my order and I was shorted a couple items. I was supposed to receive 1x 2 pack of 2000gram bottles but only received 1x single bottle. The replacement was sent out 2 days after emailing and I received it 2 days later. Very good and honest company. And the prices are so far the cheapest I found.

For the 1st time in MANY purchases…
For the 1st time in MANY purchases ddint receive my order as per mentioned. I prefer (30) .95 l tanks off No2, and as an extra a (1) 6 pack of 320 g tanks. I received all the tanke except 6 .95 and get 6 320 grams as well. I’ve always received EVE ETUTHJNG from this company so it’s concerning that it didn’t arrive in full..
