Fantastic, quick and easy experience. Have wanted to sell my car for a while, but didn’t want the hassle… this was the most hassle free experience and the turn around was about 48 hours !!! They are not your typical car sales people and just want to help, are very friendly, explain things clearly, meet your needs and clearly just want the best experience for you. Would absolutely recommend.

I was offered a range of prices online. Im not niaive so knew i would never get near the top price. I think you have to go to places like this with a figure in your head that you believe is realistic for your car (not what you would like to get). I had that sum in my head. The range they offered me online was a spread of £1000 between the top and bottom prices. I knew my car was less than a year old and had done less that 4,000 miles so I should get in the green range, if they stuck buy their online quote, When I got there, my car was apparaised and I was told it was in very good condition which I knew but like others I was given the spin about a volatile market and how he couldnt offer me any more than a certain figure, which was slighly below their green range. I did try to push for more but they werent having any of it. I was offered the opportunity to freeze that quote and try elsewhere for a couple of days to see if I could get better. In the end I accepted what they offered as it was actually £200 above what I had already set my mind at as what I would accept as a realistic figure. It was also £500 above another similar company's quote. They didnt charge an admin fee like some others do, the price they told me was what I got. The money was in my bank account next day without paying an additional fee too. My tip is be honest what you can really get for your car and you probably wont be too disappointed. At present it better prices than trading in.
