A Very Reassuring and Professional Meeting
Mark was professional and reassuring during the meeting and, as a result I feel I have done something very important by making a Will. He was clear and concise but made sure all details were conveyed. I felt afterwards that, with Mark's assistance and manner, I had made a very important decision about what will happen after my death.
