Clear and friendly professional

So far it has been very straight forward and well explained and that is what the review is based on.

Good prompt service, in particular when phoning. Left message and answered very quickly.
Very friendly and understanding on the phone but did seem to press the need for me to procure additional items quite heavily. Need to give a firm no.

A very helpful gentleman talked me through the process. They provided a simple, uncomplicated Will which I feel covers my requirements. Very efficient company.

WEPC Wills made it an easy process.The time spent on the phone wih our consultant was about an hour - we did not feel rushed and our questions were answered.
Once the paperwork came through via email , we had some more questions which were again answered and sorted quickly.
The final drafts arrived promptly in the post ready for witnessing .
There was some confusion over the order of signing the POA , so rather than get it wrong we went back to WEPC for clarification and this was all explained very clearly and quickly.
Now we can put the documents away safely and know that our affairs are in order.

Everything was explained to me carefully, nothing was rushed. I felt all my wishes were understood. The whole process could not have gone better. Simon Jones( no relation!) Could not have been more helpful. The lady on the switchboard was also helpful when I phoned the office.

I was so nervous waiting for the call but he put me at ease straight away and it went smooth and I feel better knowing everything is in place if anything happens to me or my husband, and definitely advice anyone to use WEPC.
