Excellent quality resin models. Shipped very quickly and packaging was excellent meaning miniatures did not suffer in transport. Highly recommend due to such a wide range of models. 🐻

Faulty product - print slip on both models ordered.

Offered refund by WPM, not forthcoming. DON'T RISK LOOSING YOUR MONEY!

They claim on their extensive social media campaigns to deliver high quality product and service. Both are the worse I've come across for a long time!

After offering the refund (which never came) I stated this was not good enough as I'd lose out on postage costs. At this point I was accused of making 'threats' and called 'a problem person'. Happy to provide documentary evidence of this "quality customer service" to anyone thinking of ordering. My advice - don't!

Do you really want to shop with a company that calls their clients "a nutter" when they simply ask them to honour their T&C's? Or a company that threatens legal action when you say something negative? No, me neither!

Great selection, fast easy navigation on the website and ordering is easy with a good payment options. Minis are detailed and well made.

Fantastic company. Great communication. Highly detailed mmminis that are print using quality resin. My number 1 go to for printed minis.

While a bit slow in delivery (England to US is a bit of a jump) the miniatures have few fill lines to trim, few rough areas to smooth out, hold the detail from the catalog images so everything stands out when painted and come in most cases without a stand attached so they can be used in dioramas or on custom bases with ease.
