I recently purchased a Cactus Tongue wall hanging bracket from Westbrook Cycles and couldn’t be happier. The service from Westbrook Cycles was absolutely excellent—friendly, efficient and prompt from start to finish.

The Cactus Tongue bracket itself is of superior quality: beautifully made, solid, and stylish. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into both the design and the finish. It holds my bike securely while looking great on the wall.

Overall, a first-class product matched by first-class service. Highly recommended!

From the initial enquiry to delivery was all handled with great efficiency, so kudos to Sam and the rest of the Westbrook team for that, but not forgetting Club 75 bike delivery for getting me out of bed before 7am to accept the delivery ( not a complaint ) Thank you for making a distance purchase super smooth and I would definitely recommend you to family and friends.A++++++++++++

Ordered sram part was a little concerning as no update in a couple of days phoned up talked to gentleman very polite and well clued up who said he would call back which he did I received the parts very next day highly recommend Westbrook cycles and would have no hesitation in using them again thanks

As a previous review said, it wasn’t in stock but ordered from the manufacturer on the day of order. The delivery time was stated as 3-5days…. It came in 4. Speaking to the operator, he was truthful and honest through out.

One of those companies that is deliberately disingenuous over ‘ in stock ‘ items. Unlike the majority of other companies who have available from supplier as an alternative to let you know the delivery will be longer than in stock items. To make matters worse there is no communication updates. Had to cancel after a week of nothing. To their only credit they cancelled immediately.

Very good service, prompt communication response and quick parcel delivery. Minor issue with order was handled and solved with great attitude.

Absolutely great service from ordering to delivery, they keep you updated. There club 75 delivery is amazing too, phone call to say when the bike is being delivered and what time, it came earlier than they anticipated but even then they messaged ahead of time with an update ETA. Cannot fault any part of the process. Even after a bad experience with another company where you couldn’t get hold of them, these have a number you can call and they were more than happy to help over the phone.

Great service and product catalogue. Bought some hard to find parts for a 2010 Scott Fr20 voltage. I wanted to upgrade it to a bolt thru rear axle. They had all the parts needed for the conversion. Whilst searching for the parts it told me that certain parts came directly from Scott so I knew that it would take some time. Website is spot on full of information and the service on the phone is top notch! I can highly recommend.

Order place on May 11th. No update until 19th. Emailed them and they said no stock. Bad experience.

A good bike shop, but why it's closed on a Saturday is a surprise, to say the least.

I cant recommend Westbrook cycles enough. I placed an order and it came super quick. But then I realised it wasn't what I wanted so asked for a refund. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From the start their customer care has been amazing. I will definitely be using them again, and next time, for an item I do want......... Highly recommend!!

Very happy with my purchase of my new bike - Cervelo S5. Great price and was kept up to date with delivery which arrived in less than a week - all packed well and set-up nicely so jt only needed front wheel (and pedals). Had a few post sales questions which were answered very quckly with good advice - so overall really happy with the experience.
