This is an exceptional company. I needed a small number of machine screws, so small I was embarrassed to place it but Westfield Fasteners treated it like a major order. Acknowledgement of the order was prompt as was the communication and processing, received in very quick time. They restored my faith in British companies! Well done!

I have never used Westfield fasteners before but required an M12 fine for a gearbox. Sourced the item with Westfield but they sent the wrong item. They were swift to send a replacement however then began the time consuming returns process. They sent me the wrong returns code so two phone calls, a trip to the post office plus parking and most importantly a lot of time spent to avoid being charged £6.17 on principle for the replacement item. The bolt is worth £1.60, Westfield have an awful returns policy where the action of returning their mistake has cost the customer many times more than the value of the item.
This service was awful and the policy needs to be reviewed, I will never use them again.

I had never heard of them before I began looking online
for some Metric fine threaded bolts, which I’d found very difficult to find, anywhere else.
They were extremely helpful, especially Eleanor, who at any time assisted me whenever I accounted any minor difficulties searching for something.
Absolutely marvellous service, they provide, and I will
inform others about them, and their products.

Every nut, bolt and washer (and more besides) is there on the website. Available in small numbers so I don’t have to buy a box when I need 4no. Quick despatched. I can’t think of anything more I would ask for.

This company is penalising business customers without giving any benefits in return. For unbeknownst reason they have an extortionate 25% restocking fee for business customers, but it’s free for regular consumers for exactly the same price. Where is the logic in that?
Won’t be ordering from this company again unfortunately.
