Placed order on 20th September 26 for £103 still not dispatched. Tried calling no answer, tried emailing no answer, tried using web bot no one picks up. Either they have gone bust or there is something seriously wrong, are they scammers? Received in the mean time two sales emails saying they have moved and BT has not installed lines etc. etc. What company up sticks and moves and doesn't have a continuity plan. Now seeking redress from my card company. Total waste of my time, buyer be warned.

Order placed a month ago nothing received yet tried calling and email but zero reply they refunded 1 item as out of stock so must have the other items I’ve now passed on to my bank to refund me. Would have give zero stars if I could as that’s what they deserve. They should take website off if can’t fulfill orders at all or in a reasonable time frame

Order placed and paid for 2 months ago.
No delivery, not answering phone or replying to numerous emails.

Ordered multiple items 8weeks ago, all "in stock", email said picking for dispatch. Since then nothing, no reply to numerous emails and 20+ telephone calls, always dead or someone picks up and just puts it straight down.
Wouldn't give even 1 star if I could.
Wish I had read all the reviews in the modelling forums before ordering.

Put in an order on 28 July. Have never received the order despite efforts to contact them by phone and email. Not a reliable company at all in my experience.

Placed an order on 22nd July , received an acknowledgment saying getting ready for despatch. Since then nothing, emailed them asking when will get delivery, no reply.
Can only assume that that they have no intention of sending my order .
Will be contacting Nottingham trading standards .

Took my money for and order and never dispatched it. Had to take action to get my funds back.
