one of the best tasting stakes we have ever had. Will use them again & sooner rather than later

Sirloin steaks very average but as Irish beef not surprised. Cut far too thin to cook properly as medium rare. 2nd sirloin I cut into thin strips and cooked as a beef stroganoff - OK in that. Two rump steaks I didn't chance cooking them other than in a casserole and they were fine.

Service & delivery great, efficient. Liked the mince & steaks, yet to try the bacon, didn'the enjoy the sausages.

everyone in the family had the poops since eating meat even the dog and when opened chicken it was rank, £66 wasted, will never order meat from here again

Only had the Irish fed rump steak, but its beautiful & tender.

Beautiful chicken breast fillets, so much better than from the supermarket. Excellent value.

I had a problem with delivery basically I'm in 2 day delivery area but no one contacted me. If I hadn't got in touch with parcelforce the food would have been left from Thursday to the following Monday. The reason I returned after some time was a tempting offer on 1.5kg fillet beef £69 reduced to £39. However as much as the fillet is edible I would have cried if I'd paid £69. It was very skinny and straggly. Have had to slice it into streaks will have 2 at a time due to thinness of joint. Glad I was not replying on it for a main showstopper The rest of food was good. Chicken fillets pork fillet and venison fillet

Whole beef fillet-for £39 amazing value. Tender and delicious. Very prompt delivery. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Must have had a dozen orders of varying quantities of different meats from Westin and they all, without fail, have been excellent quality and fantastic prices, with quick delivery too! No hesitation in recommending them!

Dissappointed with the quality. If it was a restaurant would have refused it

While ordering online, I used the back button to correct the delivery address which resulted in order duplication with two different addresses. The webpage doesn't give you an option to cancel your orders. I contacted support team immediately by email because couldn't find any phone numbers. Support team decided to cancel the order with the wrong address, this resulted in parcel force leaving my order in front of my door all day, I was lucky no one else took it away.
I will westin gourmet another chance because their meat is good

I have eaten steaks all around the would. I thought I would give Weston gourmet a try. Everything ok until now. My third order with them. The first two products from this order I have tried have been awful. I complained and there reponse was provide photos of your complaint. Never ever have heard this from other on line retailers. So beware take pictures of all your food before you eat it.

What I ordered was fine, it came on the right day and it was the right stuff. The quality of the meat was perfect. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the packaging a little wasteful. I only order an amount of meat that would have fitted in a show box. I understand that there are some frozen punches to keep the contents cold and everything was in a silver bag that I assume has thermal properties. But all of that was then placed in a box that I could fit in. I just felt that somewhere along the line someone should work out an optimum sized box for the order. Surely there would a cost saving for westin foods themselves, a cost reduction on delivery and a reduction in waste for the consumer. Instead it felt a little like someone picked a wrapped the order placed it in the thermal bag and promptly dropped it in the first or only size of box available. This is not really a complaint, I got exactly what I was after and it was great quality, but maybe the is business improvement in there somewhere.

We have eaten two of the steaks and they were lovely. My only gripe is that the mince and sausages had to be eaten in two days and the steaks in 5 days. I know the produce can be frozen but I really didn't want to have to freeze it all.
