I sent my Classic Northface jacket for a clean and refill. Never received it back, never responded to emails and phone does not work.
Will be going to trading standards now.

This is a SCAM site. Do not order from them. If you place an order, they wont deliver.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered a £185 North Face jacket and never received it. Could not get through to the company via phone or email, had to claim the money back through my bank - what a disaster and so disappointing. Don't risk your hard-earned money on these cowboys!

I haven’t received my order and they will not reply to any communication!

I ordered a £185 navy north face puffer. Overall the experience was a bit poor. Delivery took around 18 days which is weird as I live quite close to where they operate. The communication was awful when I tried to ask about the jacket. In the end I did receive the jacket and it is quite nice. It has lost a bit of puffiness but overall it’s a great jacket and the colours are great.

I ordered a $330 jacket from this company and they have gone completely silent on me. i've been calling, emailing and commenting on their Instagram posts and still no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Got a Carhartt jacket. Great condition and service. Would recommend and buy again.

Swedish buyer, paid roughly 300gbp for a jacket that gets held in customs because the shipment did not have the custom declaration. Without it, the shipment will be sent back to the sender. So I recommend not to buy from this site, I figure it's gonna be hell trying to sort this out. And who will wanna wait for weeks maybe months to MAYBE get something they paid for... Scamazing this one site

Ordered a North Face jacket a couple of months ago, and when checking out I was told I had a "Free Mystery Sweatshirt - Congratulations!".

The jacket arrived, which I was pleased about but the sweatshirt was not there. I have tried contacting them in any way possible but I get nothing back.

Such awful service and don’t seem to be the only person who has had this.

Avoid this place at all costs, you won’t recieve what you’re promised and once they’ve taken your money they will ignore you!

I ordered a vintage jacket from We Vintage, and during checkout, a free vintage sweatshirt was added to my cart with the message "Free Mystery Sweatshirt - Congratulations!". However, when my package arrived, only the jacket was included, and the sweatshirt was missing.

I tried contacting them both via email and Instagram, but I haven’t received any response. While the jacket itself is great, I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and the unfulfilled promise of the free item. Hoping they improve their customer service in the future.

Don’t buy from this company. I ordered a brown north face jacket at the beginning of January. I’ve emailed and emailed. I’ve tried to message on instagram. I’ve commented on their posts, I’ve phoned the number on their website and nothing. I had one response from a guy called Will, saying oh sorry I’ll have a look into it, and still radio silence. I want my money back!!

My daughter ordered a jacket in October 24, it arrived and wasnt as stated and shown on the picture. the jacket was returned via royal mail, (receipt kept as proof of return). didnt hear anything from them so emailed them to check and no reply, tried and tried to contact them, again no reply. I got in touch with my Bank who put a claim through, oh and we Vintage replied to them! i emailed again, this time got a reply and said they were looking into it, now no reply again and again. i am a student so not go much money and they have not sent me the jacket or refunded me. we are now in February and still nothing. The service is digusting, lack of communication and even the online chat fail to reply!
I am wanting a full refund ASAP

Had some interaction through live chat and a couple of days later we had a North Face camo Nuptse on the way to me, which arrived in two days.

You can't expect 10/10 condition from a site selling vintage but I got at least a 9.75 if not better! Couldn't spot any flaws in my jacket, sizing is great and still very puffy.

Definitely take a look!

I've ordered the north face puffer jacket, I've received it the next day but it was the wrong one, however Will the founder of We Vintage was really helpful in order to help me with the replacement of the jacket and today I received it and it's great

At first I was sceptical, seen some mixed reviews on here but after dealing with We Vintage I couldn’t recommend them enough. Ordered on Sunday evening and my items were dispatched on Monday. Received my order on Wednesday, incredibly efficient service especially considering it’s the final run up to Christmas. Items are as described and I can’t knock the quality, even got a free sweatshirt with the racing jacket that I purchased. 10/10 would use these guys again.

Both jackets I ordered just arrived in great condition and fast, very happy

Just got my puffer coat it looks just like the on the website advertised, delivery was quicker than expected. 10/10 experience and will definitely be shopping here again
