Ordered and paid for my product on…
Ordered and paid for my product on April 29th and it still hasn't even shipped from your US partner. You told me that you would get this fixed asap but that was yesterday and you haven't even responded today to let me know that you have corrected this issue. Not great customer service. Now I want a refund.

Thank you for your feedback, Michele. We’re genuinely sorry that your order was delayed and that this caused such a frustrating experience.
Your order had not shipped because it had not routed through to our US fulfilment partner correctly. Once we became aware of the issue, we looked into this with our partner and contacted you with an explanation and options to either have the order recreated for dispatch or cancelled and refunded.
We also want to gently clarify that we did reply to each email we received from you within 24 hours / 1 working day. However, we completely understand that the delay with the order itself was frustrating, and we’re sorry that we didn’t identify the fulfilment issue sooner.
We understand that by that point you preferred not to proceed, and your order was refunded in full as requested.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention, as it has helped us review the process and make sure this does not happen again. Best wishes, Kellan 😊

New Boost…
My new Boost fits much better under my swimming costume than the size I previously bought. I feel more confident wearing my new Boost and am able to do exercises in the pool as well as swimming without any problems. I am glad that I bought the smaller size.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Boost! I had an online consultation with Sarah, who was kind, warm, reassuring, and incredibly perceptive. She quickly understood my shape and what would work best for me, and her recommendation was spot on. She even kindly sent two options, but she nailed it from the start.
The whole online experience was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. The Boost itself is comfortable, easy to wear, and looks completely natural—you honestly wouldn’t know. I love that it can be worn directly against the skin, even for the gym or swimming.
Huge thanks to the Boost team—would absolutely recommend!

So light I’m converted
It was strange at first as I was used to the full heavy solid form. I was also wondering if it would show through the thin material bra. I needn’t have worried as the new forms is so light I didn’t know I’d got them on. My daughter said she couldn’t see the difference in my bra apart from the fact that they looked more natural. After years of using really heavy forms I am delighted with these. I am converted.

Honestly Boost has been a body…
Honestly Boost has been a body confidence life changer! I have been wearing a good old NHS prosthetic for the last 10 years. It's large, it's uncomfortable, it's fallen out, it's been quite frankly at times an inconvenience! And at the end of the working day i've been relieved to take it out. After a bit of research and being fed up with with my prosthetic I decided to give boost a go! Well my days, it's give me back so much confidence, i feel like it's less noticeable, i feel comfortable and I actually forget I'm wearing it. They are lighter, more comfortable and I'm much less aware. So good, i've bought 3!

The company is great.
The company is great and my order arrived really quickly. The only problem with the product is that they don't fit in normally pocketed bras. If that could be sorted, these would be perfect.

We'd love to look into how we can help here. I understand that you're having some problems with fitting them into pocketed bras.
Boost breast forms were made to hold their shape, but to also be malleable enough to fit into a pocketed bra or swimming costume.
If you could please pop us an email with some information about the size and type of bra you're wearing, we can have a look into what's not working, and see if we can offer any suggestions. Or, even take note of some design feedback that we can implement into future iterations 😊

From Mexico with love
Love my new prosthetic! I love how lightweight it is and how natural it looks. My scar is still healing, and this prosthetic lets it breathe and feel secure at the same time; it also helps to form space between other items of clothing that can make me feel itchy. I will recommend it to everyone I know. I ordered it from Mexico, and I do believe it was the right choice.

Absolutely wonderful!
Absolutely wonderful breast prosthetic! Light weight and comfortable. I wear it to go walking and swimming. I wear it all day long, it is truly second nature. My oncologist and lymphedema therapist both flipped when I showed them my new “breast”. Honestly I chose a unilateral mastectomy because of this particular product. So glad they now have a distributor in the US. Thank you so very much for making this product. I cannot say enough positive things about it!

Better for smaller breasts maybe?!
I love the idea of this and have had a heavy breast form for about 4 years. I have bigger boobs (boob) and even the large was not able to replicate the correct look as it’s so light it’s much higher. What I was able to do was add a breast insert from Marks and Spencer which helped it keep it’s shape and push it down a bit and that has works nicely.

Happy Customer - Second Review
This is the second review that I have written about the Boost breast forms. I have both the Mandala and the Bloom breast forms. I initially purchased the breast forms as I struggled during the hot weather this summer. I’ve tried lots of breast forms over the last 5 years. I have just returned from a holiday with temperatures ranging from 30-34 degrees Celsius - this is the reason for my second review. As the Boost breast forms are lightweight, I was able to purchase a regular cotton bra, removed the inserts, and used the pockets for the breast forms. I was able to wear the forms from 8am to bed time each day. They are comfortable to wear, and kept me as cool as possible in that heat! Most other forms cause irritation after a few hours even in cool weather. Thank you!

I have been wearing a boost for nearly…
I have been wearing a boost for nearly 2 years now after a right mastectomy & it’s absolutely fantastic compared to the heavy prosthesis supplied by the NHS , it’s light weight breathable & you can pop it into any bra no need for a mastectomy bra , my first purchase was small however I have gained a few pounds & was looking a little lopsided so I purchased a medium much to my disappointment it was too big so I returned it , on boost receiving my return I had a phone call from there customer service team & after a brief conversation they sent me out a small full of which I received today & it’s absolutely perfect .. one very very happy customer .

Boost is a lifesaver for me!
I don’t know what I’d do without my boosts. I now have 4 in different colours, aqua, caramel, peach and ltd edition bright pink one. They are really light and comfortable and can be used for swimming aswell. My nhs one I’ve I never worn as it was really heavy, hot and cumbersome .
The company is a small family run business and they are very helpful with any queries or even help you with sizing. Hopefully soon will be used by all nhs trusts.
These maybe £75 but they are so worth it, I’ve even had one as a birthday present from my son! And they also do gift vouchers 👍
