Then I decided to cash out 220 AUD of my winnings on the 19th, figured I'd lock in something and take a break. That's where it went sideways. The withdrawal request sat there for five days without any update, no email, nothing. When I finally checked my account on the 24th, the app started freezing every time I tried to load my balance or check the transaction status. I had to reinstall it twice. When I contacted support on day six, they sent back a template message saying withdrawals can take up to 10 business days and to be patient, which fair enough, except I'd already been waiting that long by then and the app was basically unusable. Took another eight days after that before the 220 AUD landed in my bank, and by then the app had stopped crashing but felt sluggish. The whole thing left a sour taste because it was a simple cash-out that turned into a two-week ordeal with a broken app in the middle of it.

Sent 320 AUD on July 8th to play The Dog House, bonus went through same day which was fine. But my deposit itself got stuck in their verification loop—kept getting told 'checking payment details' every time I messaged support. On July 19th someone finally processed it, that's 11 days just sitting there doing nothing while I couldn't touch the balance. The bonus had already expired by then anyway. Won't be coming back for that nonsense.
