The art I received and the constant communication from this company was superb. They sent my art on time and assisted me when the delivery company did not deliver my art when I thought it should have arrived. I would recommend this company to handle your project!

I think the staff is very helpful. I wasn't completely happy with the portrait preview. I asked if it could be tweeked a bit. They tweeked it and it looks great. I can't wait to give it to my wife Christmas morning.

It was excellent work
It was excellent work. The detail was amazing. It was identical to the picture.
The person I gave it to was speechless and tearful. It was a picture of his mother before she was sick and passed away. It was the person he remembered and it brought back various happy memories.
I am an artist as well but I could never do portraits.

Portrait not delivered
The portrait was shipped from China and the package was crushed and empty when it arrived via FedEx yesterday. I am canceling the order and will purchase locally so I can get the portrait for a near term birthday.

As we did understand your sentiments behind getting the artwork done, we reported the incident to FedEx immediately. In addition, the satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us. We thus started working on a replacement artwork on priority for you while FedEx was investigating and trying to locate the artwork. We also commissioned the replacement artwork and shipped it on priority for you and hope you liked it and that your wife would cherish it too. Though such unfortunate incidents are rare, we will certainly work with FedEx to avoid them in our future projects together. Thank you so much, once again, for sticking with us throughout this process. We hope to work with you again.
Sissy memorial
I lost my beloved dog Sissy in July. I wanted a painting of her. I found your ad on FB, and ordered. I was so impressed with the communication and suggestions. I ordered a smaller version, and they told me a larger one would please me more. They were correct. I love it and my Sissy watches me no matter where I am in the room. The turn around time was within a month, which was amazing. I will recommend this company to my people.

High-school sweetheart are marrying after 60 years..
Judy and Johnny were sweethearts in 1962 and found each other four years ago and rekindled their love.We are getting married and wanted pictures from teenage years. Judy had a portrait and now I have one also. They will be displayed at our wedding.
