Deceptive scam company. They target the elderly. My Mom (92) ordered 2 chairs. She told them NOT to be put on the rewards program. They put her on anyway and charged her $21.80 per month for more than a year before we noticed the charge on her Visa statement. There was no confirmation in writing or via email of her enrollment in the "rewards program" not any benefits from it. Clearly they are hoping you wont notice the charge for as long as possible. They scammed more than $250 from a senior citizen. Stay away.

Was anxious to order something I had been looking for, then I saw shipping charges, fuel fee, tariff charges, no way was I going to buy from this company

Every time I order an item from your website I never receive the right item that I purchased!!!! Therefore I will not be using your website any longer!!!

*NO purchase confirmation email.
*NO Tracking #ever provided.
* Phone Customer Service was useless, Indian call center.. Yikes!!
* Package finally Delivered out of no where.
* Started charging me a $19 Membership fee... which I never Authorized

Foldable storage box organizer with 2 lids. WHAT A PIECE OF GARBAGE. Some pf the tabs are broken. Doesn’t stay locked together. Waste of money for this products. No directions. Was careful and I could see the thin plastic tabs were already broken or damaged. PLEASE don’t waste your money. I threw it in the trash. Very disappointed.

Paid $11:40 in shipping costs for this item that cost $12.99 that is nothing like the description and made repeated attempts to contact them to request a return sticker to no avail
I refuse to pay more in postage for the item especially for crap! When I finally got through using the number to place an order I was disconnected when transferred to customer service!!! No surprise there!!! Don’t order from them!!!!!

This is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I’m coming up on a month now and still don’t have the product they claim to have shipped twice now. They use FedEx and I trust them to deliver it if they ever got it. STAY AWAY!

I ordered house numbers that are backlit by solar power. I looked at a lot of different options and was so happy to find this. Perfect solution. I put on my house numbers and used the double sided tape to afix to my porch post. It worked (lit up) right out of the box. It worked the first night. Tonight is the second night and it already won't light up. This was the perfect solution and I am so disappointed.

This company uses deceptive practices. As a senior I was asked if I wanted points for my purchase to have for future purchases . What I didn't see was that for those points they charged me $21.22 for about 4 months before I realized what was going on. Then try to contact customer service or should I say customer NO SERVICE . Good Luck trying to get your money back . BE WARE STAY AWAY get your stuff from Amazon.

I need to correct a previous review where I did not received a credit for a double shipment and one I returned . I now did receive the credit on my card it was missed athe - or credit sign was unreadable and faint. $61.36

They overcharge for shipping and do nothing more than read their script. I paid 11.99 for FedEx shipping and my order has been sitting in West Virginia for four days. I told their customer service I wanted to cancel the order and they wouldn't even consider doing so until 7 business days from the shipping date. I will never use them again.

First,Believe the reviews. I sent a Certified Letter to Kathy Montalto, CEO certified mail she signed received on January 22, 2024 apprising her of incorrect information on my subscription which her support people refused to acknowledged causing my subscription to be canceled. Be forewarned. If your card you are using to pay your subscription changes for any reason for VIP membership their system wont update, they require YOU to rejoin. Sent her documentation from my bank indicating why my card was updated by bank twice for calendar year 2023..She has yet to respond to the letter as of this date 2-6-2024. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE ADDRESS LISTED ON THE INTERNET FOR MAIN OFFICE IS HOME ADDRESS . AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM VIP MEMBERSHIP. Products are ok, but over priced.......Ralph Richards

They automatically sign you up for a "rewards" program and begin charging you $18.14/monthly. If you order on-line, they do not advise you they are doing this and do not give you an option to opt out.

This company is deceptive when you order a product. It automatically enrolls you in their VIP program at $14.95 per month without your approval. In my opinion & l suggest you find the product with another company. There are better more reputable companies. If you think l'm overreacting, look at their rating review.......slightly over one (1) star. STAY AWAY FROM WHATEVERWORKS.

Don’t believe their “ satisfaction guarantee “. Been trying to return two ( inferior quality) out of five purchased, but blocked with no respond. FRAUD is the only word that comes to mind.

We ordered one item a long time ago. We just realized that they have been charging us monthly fee of $14.95 to be in the VIP club. What a scam!! How can any merchant charge you for a monthly VIP fee for buying something from them.

I ordered a turtle downspout and it was delivered within the time frame. Looked lovely for six months or so. Over the winter it disintegrated. I posted a negative review on their website. A day later the review was not visible. I posted it again. Same problem. Evidently, they only post positive reviews.
